So easy to sign up
Really easy to sign up and feels like a good deal already as once of my cats has had to go to the vet a few times since I registered him, so I've saved at least £100. Well worth it for older or accident-prone pets.

Mis-selling, Anti-competitive & difficult to cancel
I feel that this company takes advantage of customers. I signed up, regretted it, and then when I needed to change vets, took that as a reason to cancel. The new vet doesn't offer the same club. Although I had had the plan for over 12 months, I was expected to pay a fixed cancellation charge of £60 per pet.
I'll be honest I feel its a total con. The same fixed price applies irrespective of why you are cancelling, or how many months remain. They do not reflect a cost to the practice.
In addition, the savings are no way close to the example they provide, and I found the staff not very helpful.
I did some investigation, and found that mis-selling has already been highlight by the Competition and Markets Authority.
Avoid.

Operation successful
Our 1 year old maltipoo went through a safe and successful spade operation. Took 4 hours and she is at home going through her recovery which is proceeding well. Vet and staff were informative, friendly and competent. Thanks to all at PHC.
