awesome product. but even more important is the great team at VIEWRAIL. each team member that we worked with has been awesome.

Accurate shipment (so far) and quick fabrication and delivery!

Still have to install the standalone rail, but if it is as straight forward as the cable system, I anticipate it is the simpler part of the project.

Suggestion: Send spare hardware (extra screws washers just in case). I spent quite a bit of time sorting out the inventory to ensure I was following instructions and not misinterpreting what hardware is used for what application. Didn't want to install then back out because I used the incorrect screws and/or washers for example.

Truly excellent product, with superb customer service and tech support.

The worst customer experience ever. They continuously dropped the ball in the design of our balconies and stairways which are now costing us thousands in delays. You will have to be on top of them continuously to get drawings approved, and their siloed approach to managing customers is extremely frustrating, and they continue to point the finger and take no responsibility. I would think twice before using this company.

I was impressed with the attention to detail the salespeople demonstrated, and their interest in helping me get exactly what I was looking for. Great follow up, as well. The price was reasonable, and the product looks great. We are so pleased we selected this option for our railing.

Viewrail provided excellent instructions, making the installation very smooth for a first time installer. All of the materials were clearly labeled and individually packaged. Customer service was very helpful and reached out to make sure that we were ready to install when our shipment arrived. I would gladly work with Viewrail again. My customers were very happy with the final product and I was very happy that I recommended this company and their products.

Disaster. Incompetence. Poor manufacturing and wrong materials shipped.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Elle Carpenter was an incredible service sales person and Wynton a great tech. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. they we very responsive to my calls. And the product. well it out did my expectations was very easy t install. I am very happy and really thank the team that helped me.

We purchased a rod railing system. We spent $5,600 for the system. The rods were sent in the wrong color. They did send out the correct color the next day. However, when the system itself wasn’t designed correctly and the brackets could only be attached one way to the top of railing and we needed new rod crimps to correct the design mistake our customer service representative Wynton decided it would be best to argue with our contractor and say that we would still need to pay an addition $150 for materials. At that point I contacted via email our sales rep Jesse to let him know what was going on and if he could help. The reply I got was - “I’m sorry your having a bad experience so far. It looks like you have been in contact with Wynton so hopefully he can get things figured out.” I guess Jesse’s job was done after he got his commission check. I would not recommend View Rail to my worst enemy. I guess we are at the mercy of View Rail to pay another $150 for rod crimps to fix their design mistake.

Looks good. Installation straightforward tho direction might emphasize drilling perpendicular holes. My only criticism is the price.

Customer service is exemplary. From ordering through delivery, my purchase was managed perfectly. The products were explained to me so that I could choose the best one for my environment. I was advised when the order was placed, when it went to production and when it was scheduled for delivery. Even the delivery service was extraordinary. I highly recommend Viewrail for anyone seeking an excellent product with outstanding customer service.

Well for spending close to 18k on a set of stair which I was told would in smoothly it was less than smooth. All the pre drill treads were no drill correctly. Which meant that we had to drill more holes in order for them to be installed correctly. The drilling was a nightmare because the new holes where very close to the old holes so we had a difficult time keeping the straight. It is safe to say it added at least 2 more days to the tread install. If that wasn't enough when it came time to mount the handrails, the mounting clips did for the angled brackets did not line up either. I had to wait almost a week for the pieces for the handrails which delayed the project yet again I called them for both issues when I came across them. Both times I was told that they were aware of the issues. Aware of the issues yet the send a product out knowing there are issues? Makes no sense. To top it off......I have been waiting over a month to talk with concessions team with customer service reps saying they would be calling me with 48 hrs which hasn't happened yet. I continue to call and have yet to talk with the concessions team. I will keep you posted on the results.

As described, expensive but good quality and perfect esthetic results

I worked with Sam and Jasmine at Viewrail, who were wonderful to work with, walked me through the couple of question I had, and we are THRILLED with the way our Viewrail product looks on the deck of our new backyard "oasis"! The product was easy to install, and turned out exactly as planned. VERY happy with Viewrail!

When we ordered the railing for our deck, there are a few parts we missed (our mistake). Trying to track down those parts and get them so we can complete our deck has been a nightmare. Our contractor has emailed, been on the phone, sent pictures- and now... nothing. Communication started great but now viewrail won't respond or follow up and we still don't have the parts. Incredibly frustrating.
