The product holds to its promises as it helps a lot with my foot pains. I work 12-15 hours a day and since wearing it, it's only been comfortable and I always manage to find more energy to.

Love these insoles. Gonna need to buy a pair for every shoe.

Forgot to mention that their shipping was super fast. The Customer service and return policy is beyond industry standard and they definitely deserve kudos for that. But the Skeletal approach of the Carbon Fiber looks good on paper but it causes targeted pressure on the ball of foot causing pain. Hence an even distribution is better to not cause any pain. The Foam does not compensate for the thin pressure point. Hopefully they can improve down the road. It does look promising but long way to go.

Super fast shipping. Nice packaging. Just very disappointed in the product. Insoles provide very little support and seem very cheaply made.

Superior customer service. Fast responses to any questions. Although I ended up returning the insoles, the experience with Aurrora was 5 stars. You can tell they care. I look forward to following them and making a purchase as they develop new products.

Best shoe insole! My feet are not sore after playing basketball. I use them in my Curry Series 7 shoe. I can definitely feel more of a rebound feeling rather than a cushiony absorbing feeling. I also wear them in my Hoka Bondi 8 when doing errands. I previously wore the Vktry insoles, and these feel and fit much better.

I put my Aurorra insoles through some serious miles — rucking, land nav, and plenty of rough terrain — and even when my first pair cracked (likely a fluke), Aurorra’s customer service immediately replaced them without hesitation. The new pair has already seen a lot of rucking and running, and they’ve held up perfectly. They’re thin enough not to make my boots feel cramped, but the foam and carbon-fiber plate still provide the right mix of comfort, responsiveness, and support. I’ll definitely continue buying these insoles.

The inserts seem quite good. The fit into most of my shoes and provide good support. Because I am using them to help with Hallux Limitus, they aren't quite as supportive as needed for exercise, but work very well with walking, etc.

Let me start by saying that customer service is incredible. They sent me a replacement pair right away when I had issues with my insoles. Make sure to double-check sizing because from my experience, they do fit a bit large. I would order a size down (I'm normally size 11, and ordered a 10-10.5).

I used them solely for volleyball, and while they are comfortable after some break-in time and getting used to, I don't think they are ready for volleyball just yet. The carbon fiber frame at the bottom cracked under the ball of my foot for both my left & right insoles. Thinking I received a bad batch, I used my replacement pair and saw signs of cracking after a couple hours of use too. I'm not sure if it's from lack of flexibility when loading a jump, or from the impact of landing. Weirdly enough, the crack allowed my feet to bend more naturally doing volleyball-movements, so it actually got more comfortable for me. Still, it'd be nice to have future iterations of the insoles address the flexibility/durability so that I wouldn't have to worry about breaking them like I did.

Great product! I use them in my running sites, basketball shoes, and once in a while my everyday shoes. It makes me feel light and bouncy! It’s a bit pricey for my budget, so I just wait for a sale… but well worth it! Great job!

The package is top notch, but I would rather pay a little less with less packaging. These make your feet move more, so I ended up with cuts on my ankles. After a couple hundred miles and bandaids my feet are ok now. I guess this shows they work. It took a little time for my feet to get adjusted. Hills seem harder, but downhill feels easier. I rotate using my shoes with these to once or twice a week.

I love Aurorra’s concept and design. The skeleton carbon fiber approach brings stability and structure to the foot and gait, while maintaining full foot strength. The company of great to work with, too. In my case I found the current model didn’t work with my primary shoes with an extra wide toe box. The return process and communication has been exceptional and I look forward to a future model as their line expands. I currently use carbon fiber plates under my insoles and, while they mitigate some of the pain I manage with hallux rigidus, the long term impact to full foot strength and balance is a big concern.

I have used other insoles for years and recently tried another brand of carbon fiber inserts to give my feet additional support. I came across your ad but had not heard of your product so I was hesitant. I finally decided to take the risk. I was surprised and happy I did. The product came in the the expected time frame. The packaging was great. The product is working very well for me.

These insoles have made my regular NB Fresh Foam BB V2 into a pair of Li Ning JB3.

The JB3 is probably the best basketball shoes in the market right now, but with a steep price tag of $200, it isn't very attainable for most hoopers. With Aurorra and its Pebax and carbon fiber insole, it has elevated my NB hoop shoes feeling like JB3.

I feel stable with the carbon fiber and since these are low profile insoles, heel slippage is a non issue. The energy return of each step is also a big plus. Good job Arris team.

Fast shipping! I can definitely tell the difference from when I wear them compared to when I don't wear them. My feet and legs don't feel as tired after wearing them in some of my shoes. On days I don't wear them I can feel it in my calves that they are a little tight. Unused to have some foot pain after playing basketball but after replacing my insoles with these I notice I don't get that foot pain anymore.Thin and doesn't change the fit of the shoe. Great product highly recommended. I have 3 pairs!

I walk 60-100 minutes daily on the treadmill. No running but the walk is a decent paced. My heels tend to take the brunt of those walks, so I've tried several inserts. I was a little apprehensive at the thinness of the Aurorra but after using them for a week, I'm happily surprised at their comfort and cush.
