Viable Power Bewertungen

We just got Solar Panel and battery installed yesterday. Viable Power offered great price and everything went smoothly. There were minor delay in some communications, but at the end everything is sorted as planned. No issue so far. Highly recommended

We had a great experience with Viable Power. Before installation the team were very clear on the benefits and quick to respond to the queries that we had. The installation itself was very efficient with the different teams (electricians and roofers) working well with each other. They were also very flexible in dealing with some late changes that we requested. I would highly recommend Viable Power if you are consider installing solar panels/EVs.

Harry Max and Matt arrived promptly at 8 am worked efficiently keeping us informed of each stage and asking when it was most convenience to take the electric off line. They were very pleasant company chatting but constantly working. They were tidy and cleaned up leaving everything as they found it or in the case of the cupboard were the electric meter is located cleaner. Very professional. They ensured we were happy with everything as well as ensuring we had the app loaded and running contacting the company when they realised there was a problem and resolving it. Highly recommend this company to anyone

Amazing service! We had solar panels and battery installed and from initial discussions around sizing, through the day of installation and aftercare, the team from Viable Power was friendly and professional. Good to have local experts offering competitive services and even better to experience how they go above and beyond!

We had Brad, Harry and Steve over to work on the installation of our solar panel system. They were all super nice, professional and helpful during the 2 days of work.

Great service provided by both Max and Harry on my recent Inverter installation, they arrived on time got right to work and on one of the hottest days of the year. I was kept informed at every step of the way and the handover was great. I could not recommend these guys more, I will definitely use viable in the future.

We had solar panel systems fitted to two houses.
We found Viable power to be very professional and helpful.
The guys who fitted the systems were friendly and tidy and did a very good job.
I would recommend Viable power to anyone.
A first class experience.

Do Yourself a Favour and Choose Viable Power to Install Your Solar

When you make an investment in solar energy, you want to know that the people handling the project are skilled, knowledgeable, and maintain high standards.

Viable Power exceeded our expectations and kept us updated and informed throughout the entire process. Even when a small issue arose on installation day, it was handled very efficiently, without any drama or delay.

Chris, Jason, Rob, Steve, Bradley, Sarah, Alex, and the rest of the team were all highly professional in our dealings with them.

Letting people crawl all over your home is a very stressful prospect, but the crew were very considerate of our household needs and accommodated every request.

We initially approached 12 solar companies, and while Viable Power was competitively priced, they were also noticeably more proactive and engaged in helping us make our decision. They answered all our questions, no matter how "trivial" they may have seemed.

Installing solar is not a simple or quick decision, but Viable Power helped us determine what would work best for our needs. They carried out a site visit and kept us updated every step of the way.

I would 100% recommend Viable Power to anyone considering a quality solar installer.

Efficient, helpful, accommodating and fast.
Everyone involved has shown the same high level of professionalism especially Bradley and Max on the install today.

Very helpful and friendly, technically knowledgable and price competitive. Highly recommended. Also excellent at communication.

I’ve just had Solar panels installed.Harry and Max were great at communicating what was to happen and kept me updated as the job progressed. They explain the App to me before leaving and went through the paperwork.

From the very beginning we’ve had an excellent service from Viable Power. Their pricing was competitive and they did everything they said they would do promptly and efficiently.
Nathan, Molly and Chris in the office have all been very helpful, friendly and informative and we found the survey visit from Rob really useful and reassuring. We were able to contact the office with any questions leading up to the installation and calls were returned very promptly.
The scaffolding team were very efficient and considerate. Then Bradley and Max were amazingly efficient and helpful on the installation. They were very considerate of ensuring we were happy with everything and that the installation was done sympathetically for the character of the cottage. Bradley explained everything clearly afterwards including the use of the app and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. He also reassured us that there is continued support from the office if we have any questions following installation.
We have already recommended Viable Power to a couple of friends and neighbours. They have been a very professional company throughout.

Managing a major 13kW solar and 30kW battery installation from halfway across the world is usually a recipe for stress, but Viable Power made the entire process completely painless. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

A massive shoutout to Nathan, their project manager. With a job of this scale, communication is everything. He is an absolute professional and a straight shooter. From day one, he ran the project with total transparency and integrity, making sure I was always kept in the loop on exactly what was happening. I never had to chase him for an update, which gave me total peace of mind.

This wasn't a small or simple install, but the whole crew absolutely nailed it. They did a fantastic job and delivered exactly what was promised. If you want a team you can actually trust to handle a complex job without the usual runaround, go with Viable Power.

Viable Power impressed me from the start. Nathan Lee dealt with my inquiry and provided a meticulous and comprehensive analysis of my home's potential to generate solar powered electricity and also store this along with low tariff electricity to use at high tariff times. A proposal with a choice of options and benefits was prepared and there was absolutely no pressure applied to purchase. I was persuaded by the professionalism of the company and recently had solar panels and batteries installed. The installation team, led by Jamie and Steve were very professional and tidy and provided instruction on the practical operation of the system through an excellent App. The system is performing as predicted and I am already seeing a major impact on my electricity charges.

Excellent service from Viable Power. On the day of installation, the electricians, Bradley and Max were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, with strong attention to detail and a very neat, tidy installation.

What impressed me was the time they took to explain the system, guide me through the app, and show me how to make the most efficient use of the power generated. Nothing was rushed, and every question was answered clearly.

Nathan and the team in the office have been great, with timely responses and clear explanation and recommendations throughout. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish.

I contacted viable power a few months ago to ask about the installation of a solar power system at my home. My experience has been nothing but positive. They have been quick to respond, Rob was great when he came round for a survey, and their installers Bradley, Max and Harry were efficient and did a really good job with no disruption to my day. They returned the paperwork needed for my energy supplier quickly and comprehensively. Their quotation was the most competitive I received for what they offered (including a larger battery than the rival offers I had). It is a bit difficult to judge after just a few weeks, but so far the system seems to be performing a bit better than their projection. I don't regret installing solar panels, or choosing viable power to lead the installation, only that I didn't order the larger battery.

Excellent service Matt and Ajax were responsive and really extremely positively to an install that could have been problematic.

Thanks - really today and easy install

A big thank you to the Viable Team(Steve, Jamie and Harry and others) for an excellent job installing our solar panels, Sigenergy system (gateway and batteries) and EV charger.
Very efficient and professional.

From the outset Viable Power provided a detail explanation of the system in line with my requirements.
The installation team, Bradley and Max, worked very efficiently and completed the fitting of the inverters and battery very neatly, with great attention to detail. Overall pleased with the outcome and looking forward to reducing my energy bills.

We had a tricky situation with our roof and although we ended up redoing it, Jason and Nathan tried to find alternative solutions. Stephen did a brilliant job of installing in the day! Our solar panels and battery are working well and delivering results already! A shout out to Jason, Nathan and Stephen for professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency. Thank you!
