Arrived promptly at agreed time, carried out the installation professionally and tidily. Told me exactly what had been done, what I needed to do or not do, and how I could adjust settings to my varying requirements. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommended.

Bradley and Max installed my EV charger at my home. They were brilliant from start to finish. A+

Bradley & Max we very courteous and did a great job installing our Duracell battery. Very happy to recommend them.

Bradley and Max were efficient and did a professional installation.

I would highly recommend.

Just to say a big thank you to Jamie and Steve for there excellent install of our new battery and inverter to hook with my existing PV system, they were on hand to talk me through the App set up a professional job all round .

Excellent service and delighted with installation of electric charger. Very courteous and installed to a high standard. Very happy to recommend to anyone considering charger install. Also very competitive 👍👍

Excellent service (professional and friendly) from Jason and his team during their recent installation of an EV charge point for us. Special thanks to Bradley who explained and dealt with an issue encountered during installation, and who took the time to walk me through settings on the Hypervolt and Growatt apps.

Viable gave me the most competitive price. I dealt with Nathan Lee who promptly & clearly answered my many email queries to him. He arranged prompt installation for me & forwarded all the information & warranty certifications including that required for grid export payments.
The installation was most efficient, taking one day plus one day each for scaffold up & down - even taken down on Good Friday at my request & arranged by Nathan.
Would highly recommend this company.

Bradley, the engineer that visited us, was knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. He managed to get our solar installation (inherited from previous property owner) connected to wifi, so we could monitor system performance via Growatt ShinePhone app. He also advised on the system condition and gave us some useful tips on how to get the best out of it. All in all, very happy with Viable Power and, of course, Bradley.

Had Steve and Jamie turn up today to install 16 solar panels, an inverter and battery. From start to finish both were professional, hard working and explained everything in detail. I would like to say my thanks to them and what a wonderful team you have representing your company. Both deserve a bonus and some praise. Well done lads!

From initial contact with Chris and Nathan followed up by Jason and the rest of his team, everyone I dealt with was attentative and assisted in developing the PV and Battery installation that best suited my requirements.
The scaffolds and installation team, especially Bradley, were exceedingly professional and carried out their works to a high standard.
I have been running the system for @2 months without any issues and already it is exceeding expectations.
A job well done ... thankyou to Chris and his team at Viable Power

I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience of our solar panel installation. From the very first pre briefing, the team made everything easy to understand and kept me fully informed at every stage.

The installation itself was carried out professionally, efficiently, and with real attention to detail. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to doing a great job.

Special thanks to Nathan who was always available for questions and queries.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service from start to finish, but Viable Power absolutely did. I’m extremely pleased with the results and would happily recommend them to anyone considering solar panels.

Great service!
I requested a battery extension for my Fox ESS system, and they were the only company out of many I contacted that actually got back to me. Nathan was my main contact, and he was fantastic — quick to respond and kept me updated throughout. It seems it is rare to find this level of communication and reliability. Highly recommend Nathan and the team!

Excellent custmer service work was completed in a very professional manner and promptly. Would highly recommend.

Big thanks to Bradley and Matt. Absolutely overjoyed with the installation. Smoothness from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent, extremely neat and tidy, arranging the wiring, to cause the least disruption, to existing, fixtures within in the garage. Throughout the day, they were chatty, and both of them, offered to take their shoes off, when they had to enter the main house.
I’m grateful that they took time to engage with my husband, who has an above average interest in solar installs.
As the former owners of an electrical contracting company, we would not hesitate to recommend Viable Power. AND if we were still trading, I would be looking to employ Bradley and Matt.

From start to finish Viable Power have been nothing but professional and I must commend them for their fast turnaround and install time. Big thanks to Nathan for sorting out and booking us in and also Jamie for completing the installation. Very clean, tidy and polite. Would definitely recommend Viable Power.

We recently had solar panels, an inverter, a gateway, and a battery installed by Viable Power, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish.

A big thank you to Bradley, Max, and the wider team - they were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard, with real attention to detail. Everything was kept neat, tidy, and looks great on the house, which we really appreciate.

What stood out the most was their communication. They took the time to clearly explain how the system works, making sure we felt confident using it and understood the benefits from day one.

Overall, a professional, friendly, and highly skilled team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Viable Power to anyone considering solar.

Delightful! The office personnel kept me informed, and the trades turned up when they were supposed to. The whole purchase and installation experience was clean, neat and efficient. I would highly recommend Viable Power.

Another excellent installation by Viable. We were so pleased with our first installation locally, we asked Viable to quote for a second job over 120 miles away. Even with the additional distance and a more challenging situation,Viable were still the best quote! Our daughter and husband are now waiting for their own installation with Viable.
As usual, excellent service from everyone; special thanks to Chris (office), Zak (survey), Nathan (paperwork) and Bradley (who led the actual installation team). Great job, thanks Viable.

Many thanks to all for carrying out a perfect EV charge point installation. Especially to Bradley and Max for getting the positioning of the equipment spot-on and Jason for his great communication and for arranging installation so quickly. Great price too!
I would definitely recommend Viable Power and certainly use them again in the future.
