Viable Power Bewertungen

I turned to Viable Power after Heatable recommended them. My original installer is no longer trading. From my first contact, I found Viable Power to be very well organised and efficient. Alex promptly proposed a time to visit and then adjusted it without fuss to accommodate my availability.

Engineer Dom arrived when expected. He was very sociable and set to work to rewire my setup as I had requested. Once his work was complete he was very careful to leave my place tidy before explaining that I should not hesitate to get back in touch if I needed anything else.

On the same day, Alex contacted me to check that I was happy with the work that had been performed.

All-in-all, the team at Viable Power gave me confidence that I was in safe and trustworthy hands. 10/10.

Professional experience from start to finish. Really pleased we went with Viable Power. I highly recommend if you want a hassle free installation.

Every element of our experience from initial contact from considering purchasing a solar pv & battery system to handover and post install follow-up has been exemplary.
I cannot rate Viable Power highly enough from first contact with Jason, understanding our options and things we would need to consider. Refining our choices, remaining patient when we changed them (and great advice dealing with our current energy supplier) guided by Nathan, sorting installation inc. site surveys, scaffolding and install dates, scaffolding down with Alex. Final survey to validate plan and issue resolution with Zak and then the whole install team led by Brad on the day.

All are a huge credit to the company with a "can-do" attitude, great expertise on the products and process required to ensure compliance whilst meeting our requirements and a willingness to solve problems whilst achieving an excellent end result. We're delighted with the work done, the installation has surpassed our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team and Viable Power to anyone else considering a solar PV and battery installation. Oh, and a super job of tidying up as they worked too.

Excellent prompt and professional service from this organisation. Bradley was the engineer and he spent a great deal of time sorting out complicated issues with our solar panel system.

We had solar panels fitted by this company three years ago, (2023), and recently had netting added to keep the pigeons away! We have nine panels and two storage batteries, so we can store surplus power and also sell some to the grid! This summer has been quite lucrative, due to the exceptionally fine weather over a sustained period. Back in 2023, we also had an EV charger installed, anticipating buying an electric vehicle. In fact, we have only just got round to doing this. The charger had therefore been in place for three years but had never been used or even tested! I contacted Viable Power for help, and Katie came out within 24 hours of my enquiry! She tested the charger and explained how to use it. All this without any extra charge!

I simply cannot fault this company. Their customer service is second to none, and their knowledge of the products and systems which they sell is first class. Whether you are looking to install a solar energy system or just an EV charger, you can't go wrong with this company. I wanted to use a local company with local knowledge, which is why I went for them rather than a big anonymous organisation with no accountability. Viable Power is a friendly and responsible company, where teamwork and integrity are evident in every transaction. It's great to deal with real people, rather than having to do everything via a chat bot or by email. It's easy to make contact with them by phone or WhatsApp, and they always respond promptly. Look no further!

Very enjoyable experience working with Viable power on my solar and battery installation in August 2026. Jason,Jamie and team were courteous, on time. They were also very considerate of my aesthetic requirements as I was keen that the installation was neat and not an eye sore on my house. They also managed to get the job done in short order while ensuring I was well informed on progress throughout. Great service and workmanship overall.

The team of Viable Power have been extremely efficient and installed my solar panels , battery and inverter system within a few hours . Thank you so much Nathan and Molly for the initial quote and constant update .Despite the roof of the new extention was not finished, Zac found the solution for fitting the panels on the old roof and sorted with the builder additional installation once the new roof is finished . Electricians, Bradley and Max did an excellent job connected the whole system , set me up on the app where I can see my solar supply and my consumption. The Viable Power already completed all the necessary documents to register the system within the grid the same day as the installation! What a great service! Highly recommended,
Thank you

Excellent communication from initial enquiry ( Chris) to completion of job ( Dom, Matt and Steve). We would highly recommend Viable Power based on professionalism, pricing and overall customer service.

Throughout the whole process of looking to get solar panels installed everyone at Viable Power has been outstanding.

Nathan provided a very detailed summary of the solution they thought would be the best fit for my house and was always on hand to support with any questions I had.

Dom, Max, Nick and Myles installing the panels and battery were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and very helpful on the day.

Anyone think getting solar panels in the future I would highly recommend considering going with Viable Power.

Good communication, nice people, professional job done, cleared up afterwards, and system works!

Viable Power were great from the outset, no pressure and very professional throughout the whole process from initial enquiry, survey, through to fitment and payment. Nathan was my initial point of contact and constantly gave excellent and responsive communication. The office team of Rob, Alex, Molly were great, as were the install team of Dom, Max, Harry and Matt plus the panel installers. All the team were very polite and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is thinking of installing Solar Panels

Extremely efficient team, arrived on time and completed the installation with a minimum of fuss. Harry, Steve and Matt were curteous and polite, explained how the system works and went through the mysig app with me so that I can get the best out of the system. When they'd completed the installation they cleaned up afterwards and left the house in a good state. If it wasn't for the fact that I now have fabulous solar panels and battery you would hardly have known that they been. Very happy!!!

Excellent experience with Viablepower. Pre-sales liaison was responsive, we got a quick install date and both PV panels and an AlphaESS battery were installed on one day - clean and no fuss. Despite it being the hottest day ever. Shout out to both the sparks team, Bradley, Max and Matt, and Nick & the PV guys. Definitely recommend this company.

Steve and Dom done an amazing job installing our new battery kit. Lovely chaps to have around for the day. Such a neat job and full clear up after, late into a Friday evening to get it done.

Steve and Dom arrived prompt in the morning, they explained what they were going to do and where cables would be run, battery/ inverse placed and if I was OK with it. The work was completed in a timely fashion and everything was in a nice orderly fashion. After the work was complete, they cleaned up all their mess, picked up the rubbish and loaded it all in their van and took it away.
Steve and Dom were the most polite and well mannered workmen I've had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. Much appreciated.

The process from start to finish was seamless and well described. I could not be happier with the system and the guys involved. They listened and understood my needs.

I would highly recommend Viable Power

This company is very local to me and had put a leaflet through the door advertising their services. I was only after a car charger (not solar panels). After a few emails/calls, with lots of questions about my set-up, eventually they sent someone to survey. Since then weeks have passed and nothing.
If they aren't interested in just doing EV car chargers then I wish they had said so from the start and didn't waste everyone's time.
No interesting in doing the job. Really hope they aren't as bad with their customers when doing solar, but from my experience I would avoid them.

I started enquiries with Viable Power in about April of this year. The original enquiry was for solar and battery installation.
The service I have received since then has been amazing. Chris in the office provided multiple quotes for various scenarios which really helped with choosing the best configuration.
Tom performed the survey and was very so hopeful in providing an honest assessment of the roof. It turns out that the roof would require work prior to be suitable for solar panel installation. After discussions with the roofer we decided to postpone the roof top solar and go with just battery storage. There was no pressure to put solar panels up just a honest and professional assessment and a genuine desire to provide the best service and product based on what I could afford and what was right.
We were doing major renovations at the time this was all happening and the team at Viable went above and beyond to ensure that some of the electrical work was done before all the new flooring was put down. Brad came round and did this work and he was fantastic.
The system was ultimately installed by Zak and Max who had it all up and running in a day. It’s clear they’re passionate about their work and love what they do.
Finally the office staff have been excellent, the WhatsApp contact system they use is great and they’re highly responsive, everyone I’ve spoken to has been fantastic: Alex, Molly, Katie.
All in all I couldn’t recommend Viable enough and I will certainly be using them again for any home renewable solutions I may require. Thank you all.

Jamie & Steve were both very professional, courteous and kept a clean work space. They explained the process and what was happening throughout the installation. Handover was clear and concise. The whole team worked well together and were very hardworking and respectful.
I would highly recommend Viable Power.

Jamie, Steve and Matt did a fantastic job in crippling heat. Very pleased with the result. All were very professional and polite.
