The first thing that persuaded me to use this Company, was the competitive pricing and also the opportunity to have an express delivery if needed. I have always favoured Harringtons Grain Free dry food, but some suppliers do really charge more than is acceptable. Hence, I will always recommend you to my dog/cat owning friends.

Been with Petshop and then Vetshop for many years now, excellent company! I was sure i had reviewed them before but they are so good I think they deserve all the reviews going. Excellent team of people always there to help if needed and any issues (which are rare) are sorted very quickly. Would love to name team members who have been really helpful but best answered by saying they are all really helpful, thank you. Having spoke about the team I should mention the products are great too, well priced and the subscribe and save works really well. Having them delivered so helps us now mobility from home is more difficult. Would recommend them to all friends and family. Thanks Vetshop! So good to see a company like this doing well.

First class service, and they were much cheaper on price than other suppliers we have used previously. Can wholeheartedly recommend them. And thank you also for the Kong dog toy that you sent to us, our little pug loves it!!

Terrible customer service, paid extra for next day delivery which didn’t happen, when I called to enquire when my order would be delivered I was told ‘we don’t know’
I cancelled the order and requested a refund only to be told it would be 3-5 working days.
I won’t be placing another order!

Ordered on line for collection, was told I would be able to collect that day by customer services before I ordered. Got an email say order received and they would let me know when it was picked. 2 days later still no email. Phoned customer services again to find out what was going on, I was beginning to think I had been duped. Was told just to go to the warehouse and pick it up, as the lads would get it for me. When I got there I gave them my name and order number, they went and picked it from the warehouse and also carried it to my car. Apparently they had been having problems with the emails. I wanted to collect as it would have been quicker to collect than post. Maybe this time it did not work, but now I know I can put in the order and as long as the item is in stock I can go and collect it the same day. The lads in the warehouse were extremely helpful so was customer services. I won't hesitate to use this company again. The reason for the 4* is due to my anxiety waiting for the email that never came and the on line pending request on my order.
I would recommend Vetshop, after seeing the lads at work seeing how big the warehouse is, they are on the ball.

I needed some help with changing an order and the team were very helpful and they agreed to help me send back the wrongly ordered items and set up a subscription for the new items on my account for me!

I had not used this company before but was attracted by the low price of the items I was looking for namely Pedigree Dentastix. Sometimes a company will offer a low price because there is a very short sell-by date so I telephoned Vetshop asking them to check the product sell-by date. The person I spoke to said they would have to check with their warehouse but would contact me with an answer. Within the hour I received an email from Nella confirming the date to be more than a year hence namely June 2026 so I immediately ordered a years supply. The product arrived on my doorstep less than 24 hours later. Very impressed with the service by phone and email fron Nella and the incredible speed of delivery.

Very easy and efficient website. Order was delivered really early and they keep you up to date with progress of order. Will definately use again.

Decent business but a few concerns that mean I've cancelled (or tried to cancel) my subscription.

Having signed up for bottomless bowl, every month at payment date their system rejects first attempt at payment, even using different cards.

Then there's the issue where the cost of the bottomless bowl order isn't shown on the order page. I needed less this month and cut order by 1/3 and the cost fell only by 0.7%. Not that this was shown when the adjustment was made.

So anyway. I try to cancel future Bottomless Bowl orders and nothing happens on the website and the order stays in place.

I'm sure for some the experience will work smoothly. But too many irritations and glitches for me.

My original order was damaged by the courier, who gave me little info about the delivery, after contacting Vetshop a replacement was despatched the same day being received the following day by a different courier.
Overall I am really pleased with my order, excellent prices and products.

Excellent service, everything arrived on time, in perfect condition. My cats love Whiskas and enjoyed the blink sachet added as a freebie.

Website stated if ordered within 2.5 hours would get next day delivery. Paid for express delivery and order didn’t arrive until three days later. Emailed company three times didn’t have the to respond. Did get an email from carrier saying delayed. The food was as ordered but customer service very poor. Did give the company an opportunity to resolve but to no avail

Bought two bags of Hill dried dog food and it worked out £28 cheaper than with my previous supplier. Excellent service and delivered on time. Will definitely be buying from vet shop from now on

Pleased with the orders for my aging cat's kidney disease. She is fussy but does eat the food which arrives promptly. No complaints.

My dog eats wet food and as she is a large dog all those tins are too heavy for me to carry from a shop.I had been aware that my previous supplier's price had crept up so I looked around for a new supplier. Even with a delivery charge VetShop worked out cheaper than the household name I had been using.. Also the price didn't depend on a subscription, meaning that I can order when I want. The web site was also easier to navigate and the delivery was quick and efficient.

Good, fast, affordable price.
