Good, fast, affordable price.

Easy website and better prices for branded dog food than other suppliers. Delivery much quicker than expected, packaged well with no massive cardboard box to recycle. Will use them again.

My labrador, Horatio, MUST have a Dentastix before bed and so they are a necessity in my house. i had been buying them at a low cost from Amazon. However, I stumbled across VetShop purely by accident (thanks Google) and I’ve paid almost half the price that Amazon charge. My only criticism is that they use Evri as the courier. Not only are Evri, quite literally the worst courier in the world (and if you haven’t had the displeasure of having Evri deliver, try to deliver, fail to deliver or just not even bother attempting to deliver your order, then don’t just take my word for it - Google!) and as Evri don’t deliver to my house because the local delivery guy thinks my drive is too long to walk for his rotund figure and so takes a photo of my house (with me waving at the window) and says nobody was at home, I had to have my order delivered to a friend. Evri took a few days extra to deliver than I was told to expect but I know with using Evri, it’s a game of pot luck (and if you read the reviews on here, you’ll see that all of the negative reviews about VetShop are actually about Evri). So if you’re not in a rush, and you don’t mind having to collect your order somewhere like Basra, then definitely use VetShop. Despite my rant about Evri, and VetShop’s questionable decision to use them, I will continue buying Dentastix and treats from them.

On receiving my parcel the box was ripped and battered, a lot of the tins were dented not sure if due to
delivery or if they were dented before being sent.

I am really pleased to have found this company, the website is very easy to use and I particularly love the fact you can place a regular order to suit your own usage needs, and at the same time making a saving on the retail price.

The product range is also very extensive, and I am about to look at placing a bulk order for a very hungry hedgehog family who have come back from their winter getaway.

Changed my dog food recently as my boy has always suffered from itchy ears/ear infections, so after reading some recommendations, I decided to try Skinners. VetShop had the best price so ordered it from here. The ordering process was easy, I opted for standard delivery and the food was delivered with minimal packaging within a couple of days. Both my dogs have now changed fully onto the new food and love it, so am just hoping it helps solve my boys ear problems.

First order of dry dog food made from Vet shop, and it will not be our last.
It arrived well packed and in good condition.
