Never buy from Veloreo anything
I ordered a memory card from Veloreo on Feb 13 with order no: #2436, which hasn't yet arrived. It has been more than 3 weeks. I tried to contact them through mail and call, but they never responded in the call. They responded once in mail, and I replied to them, after that they never responded.

Do yourself a favour go elsewhere
One of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. Never delivered my purchase made excuses and rarely responded to my emails. Luckily I paid with B-pay and I received a refund. Atleast you can rely on B-pay to do the right thing. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere price is a good indicator of what you get. Cheapest is rarely the best. :-(

Scam. Bad service. Products not recived
Wish I could put a negative on this review.
Absolutely disgusting service.
Delivery specs said 8 to 10 business days for delivery waited 15 business days nothing turned up. Needed for device testing before travelling overseas. I recommend only using Amazon as you will get next day delivery no problems. Soooo very angry this this group and will never use again customer service
is poor can't contact on phone and might get an answer 2 days later if your lucky by text if you spam ring the number they will eventually send a text.
Do your job....

Guys watch out. Veloreo pvt ltd ON bunnings marketplace is a scam. Ordered a 512gb Samsung Pro Ultimate sd card and they sent me a 256gb and that also after waiting for almost 3 weeks. Then they dont respond to emails or calls. Seems like this is a normal thing to Veloreo pvt ltd and they dont care much about the products they sell. Cant believe Bunnings is dealing with them. Dont buy anything if its from veloreo pvt ltd.

Ordered SD card from Bunnings Marketplace and it turned out that it's sold by Veloreo. 4 weeks waiting for SD card to be delivered and did not even receive a tracking URL.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Never Sent No Response. If you are stupid enough to order from these guys, make sure you pay via Paypal (thats if Paypal is still doing business with them). No communication AT ALL, NO RESPONSE TO PHONE CALLS, TEXT & EMAILS. They didn't even reply to Paypal. Got full refund from Paypal after 6 weeks from ordering.

Best price, little comms, prompt delivery
Best price by a fair way. Order confirmation email said they'd notify when the package shipped, which didn't happen – but it was during the busy pre-holiday period. Arrived in reasonable time anyway, during peak delivery season.

Shockingly bad
Shockingly bad. Didn’t send in the advertised time. Tried to contact them by both email and phone got no answer. Didn’t reply to email or voicemails. Disputed my dispute with PayPal and then shipped to the incorrect address only after
the PayPal dispute was lodged.
