Ordered three SD card and only 2 came I emailed them numerous times for updates they replied saying we might have accidentally missed it and will send a replacement but nothing after that no email about tracking or them sending it sketchy do not trust this website if I really want to probs order through Bunnings might be abit safer but doubt it

Order a USB online through Bunnings online, it has been 2 weeks and never received the item. Seller did not provide any tracking. This is a true scam. I thought I would support a small business but I should have known better. I should have got it from Amazon.

It raises serious doubts about whether this seller is even authorized to sell Samsung products or if they are operating under deceptive practices on Amazon. I have no confidence that this is a genuine Samsung product, and the lack of transparency only adds to my suspicions.

If I can’t even get a simple tax invoice, what does that say about the integrity of this seller? They do not respond to emails, messages, or Amazon inquiries. They take your money and disappear—plain and simple.

Selling fake or misrepresented devices under a reputable brand name is not just unethical—it’s a scam. Given that Samsung likely has no knowledge of this, I will be raising this issue directly with them.

If you’re considering buying from Veloreo Melbourne, DON’T. Save yourself the frustration, stress, and financial loss. There are plenty of legitimate sellers out there—this is not one of them. I will also be escalating this to Amazon directly, as this seller needs to be investigated and removed.

Ordered 4 March, seller stated shipped 12 March. Paid extra for express shipping but received nothing by 25 March.They Ignored multiple emails and texts I sent. Had to file bank dispute. Poor service, zero communication. Avoid Veloreo!

I had not received my order after 14 days. I tried ringing your company multiple times and could never get through. I emailed your company 8 times and didn't receive a reply for 3 weeks. I then read reviews about your company and was shocked to see that every review had the same experience. I would like to order another samsung 1tb micro sd card again but I'd like some sort of guarantee that I'd receive my order within 7 days with no hassles

I ordered a batch of micro sd cards and they sent me the wrong ones (64 GB instead of 128 GB) plus they forgot to send me adapters for the sd cards. It took me over a month of constantly calling Bunnings to simply get a return label from them. Now they say they have shipped my correct order but still waiting. They apologize then do nothing until bunnings threatens to escalate the situation to Marketplace orders.

If you find yourself in a similar situation call Bunnings and request to escalate the situation to Marketplace orders, then they will respond
