2 weeks for a supposed express delivery that other online orders by Aust Post are in Perth in 3 days. Reading your reviews it seems it happens all the time where your deliveries take 2-3 weeks to cross the country where all others are 2-3 days, then to top it off there is NO explanation of why????

I ordered a 256Gb microSD through Bunnings on Dec 9th. It was despatched on the 10th and I received it on the 13th. Excellent service.
I was a little worried based on the reviews here but am glad I took the chance.

Placed an order with them for a mouse with Express Post delivery. Waited until the end of their delivery estimate over a week later to contact them asking where the order was.

Their response was that they take 1-2 days to ship the product and 3-8 days for Australia Post to deliver and they would, "...check with Auspost and get back to you shortly." I pointed out that:
1) they should have posted it with Express Post and already have tracking information; and
2) the delivery estimate for express post from their location to mine was 1 business day

I did not receive a response. If you want items in any reasonable timeframe look somewhere else.

Terrible experience. Ordered product and no communication in over a month. Have tried to email several times with no response.

Veloeo do not answer emails, do not answer phone calls or keep you updated with shipping information. Product was shipped late without any comms to assist you in planning.

My second order from Voloreo which was slightly tainted by a slow delivery time of 3 weeks. Overall genuine good value products.

Only issues was email no response and the phone number has nobody answering it day after day of calling as I wanted to know if it was sent as not tracking was provided and no communications that it was sent . Not real happy that you cannot be contacted, items eventually arrived registered post which took far too long. Didn’t ask for registered post at all.

No confirmation of purchase email, cites 6-8 business days for shipping but when you question why it hasn’t been shipped you get no response. don’t even know if this business exists.

Do not buy.

The SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive USB Type-C is exactly what I wanted for backing up and transferring files on the go. This is my 2nd order using Veloreo website which is easy to navigate and find what I was looking for, easy to place online order and excepted PayPal. Delivery turnaround was excellent to regional QLD as well. All up I had a good experience dealing with this company. 👍

Arrived in good order, the only small criticism I have is, communication could have been better.

I placed an order a month ago and have been waiting for it to be fulfilled ever since. I've been trying to contact them for four weeks with no response. At this point, I just want a refund. If they can't provide adequate customer service, they shouldn't be in business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please stay away from them.

I wrote a great review in Jan 2023. However, I ordered products in April 2024 and had a terrible experience. I was sent the incorrect SD card - which I understand can happen. They then asked me to return the incorrect card and would send me the correct one (that I was originally charged for).
After 6- 7 emails enquiring I have head nothing and they have the SD card and my money. They are just ignoring me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
