Brilliant place to order Indian groceries. I have tried a few other websites and shops before I started using Veenas and I’m so glad I found them. Their customer service is awesome, when I tried ordering online there was a site glitch and as soon as I flagged it to them (support person Yogi) it was fixed in under an hour for me to order which almost never happens else where. They also follow up and check if there any replacements etc which is very kind of them.

Excellent choice of items and prompt customer service
The fact that they have Indian pickles, snacks etc, itself is commendable. Veenas offer easy ordering, quick delivery and provide excellent customer service . I was contacted recently on Whatsapp for an item that was not in stock. They provided replacement options and let me choose, and promptly refunded the balance.
I had contacted them on Whatsapp as delivery status wasn't available from the transport company. They promptly got me updates and the scheduled delivery time.
Great experience shopping with them !
