This was my first order
This was my first order. I was very pleased with the quality of the items and delivery was on time. I got reminders on my phone about the delivery date and time which was really helpful. The only suggestion for the next time would be to reduce the amount of packaging material. That’s my personal view as they believe we need to be using less plastic packaging for the sake of the environment.

Reason behind 4 points is mainly because of cost. It's going bit higher rate. I understand it's because of supply and demand but would be great if we can get some discounts or nominal price like in shops.

The worst online grocery store.
The worst online grocery store.
They deliver the products late and send stale stock and don't think it's their responsibility or liability to refund. All other stores you would shop at have a basic policybof refunding the customer without arguing or asking questions, because it is their liability if they get it wrong. But Veenas customer service and business ethos is such that they think we as customers have to bear the loss, and that they'll do better next time, and that they don't have any responsibility.
Dealing with their after sales representatives is a nightmare and they don't ever respond or return calls.
The stock they send is always crushed or broken and not fresh. The groceries they send will be expired products.
Avoid this store at all costs.

As we explained we have initiated refund on several occasion, however when its become a regular practice from your end where there is no ground we intimated the same and stop the refunding faulty claims.
