Ordered a GT 40 rechargeable vacuum for £29.99 to include extra filters , nozzles and a book. Today I have received a HL 107 vacuum and bo book. The HL 107 is wideUpdate 0ly available for less than £10 across the internet. I have sent email to the company without any reply. As I paid via Paypal if I do not get a reply in the next 48hrs I will open a dispute

Update at 17:54 07/07/2025 now had a email exchange with Vauscher . Each email states a different answer to the issue. Firstly they are sorry and will let their Development team know of the problem, second email says they have used old packaging to speed up shopping and that I was informed of this NOT TRUE. Have now replied requesting full refund and return labels.

8/07/2025 Received a list of conditions from Claudia regarding returns, Package must be unopened, Item must not have been used, Signed handwritten note from me to say I agree. Have now opened an issue with Paypal.

11/07/2025 received and email today saying case has been found in my favour and full refund on the way.

I ordered the GT 40 vacuum cleaner from Vauscher UK.
It is nothing like the order placed and is a cheaper plastic version . I have all the same issues that other people have encountered and noted on here.
I have emailed them to say i will return the product and i want my money back but i have not received a reply, which is not a surprise.I have asked my credit card company to claim the money back from them. I urge everyone else to do the same .

Ordered a GP 40 Pro car vacuum based on the company video and description.
The item that arrived was a cheap and totally different product that's virtually useless.

When trying to return this item, so many obstacles are placed in your way, it becomes virtually impossible.

Avoid this company at all costs. It is a discredited and wholly unprofessional outfit. The item I received has gone to the only place it deserves. THE BIN!!

I was so looking forward to getting this, but oh what a disappointment. Not only is it a cheap, poor quality build but worse.. after charging I switched it on and it ran for several seconds before making an awful noise and completely lost suction. The turbine spindle had broken. I have emailed but so far no response. Truthfully it’s a waste of time and money.

DO NOT BUY!! Cheap and nasty product. When opened cheap packaging hoover broke didn’t suck or blow. Claudia response quick when purchasing, not as quick when have a problem. Was told I would have to pay taxes on return, box had to be unopened. How is this possible when you need to check product. They make returning very difficult had to be returned to Germany even though their office is in Camden Town. London. Very disgruntled ex customer!!

Not sure on this company sell a GT40 Pro precision vacuum cleaner saying they have 2547+ reviews on Trust Pilot I cannot find any , received product came in a totally different box and Dudu look the same several parts in the box didn’t fit and the Headline voted No 1 and best mini vacuum for 2024 I find this astonishing as it isn’t reallly that powerful, reading some of the reviews I find them hard to believe , 5000 sold last month ?
