Total scam company. Supplied totally different item to the one ordered after a prolonged wait, it was completely unfit for purpose, asked for refund but won't do this unless return in original unopened package and pay postage to an address in Germany! Beware and don't buy from them.

So having been warned of scams I fell for this one.

Advertising sale of FireMate TM stove fan with magnetic stove thermometer and a booklet. Also some fake Trust Pilot ratings which took me right in! Christmas saving of 50% fir this product ‘made in Uk’ and with ´lifetime guarantee’.

Suspicions were first raised when tracking placed its origin somewhere in China. After several weeks and various excuses from ‘Claudia’ a fan of some sort showed up (but not the one advertised) without a 1 year ‘guarantee’ no thermometer and no booklet?

This is a completely fake set up do be warned and STAY AWAY from this website and seller!

….and I have strong suspicions that ‘Claudia’ doesn’t really exist!

Bought an item and the courier has lost it. The company won’t acknowledge or respond to mails. Claudia at customer services is ghosting me and they clearly have some serious issues.. Please, please don’t transact with this company you will regret it. If the price of an item is too good to be true it’s because it is. These guys are market traders on line.

this item is nothing like it advertises. the suction is rubbish. Its also very noisy, a lot more than a microwave. The worst thing is it sucks and blows at the same time. The only good thing this is for is blowing up balloons. What a waste of money

The advert is misleading for a start.
The free tools and filters are already in the box that the GT40 Pro Hoover is in. So that is misleading statement.
Then when the vacuum arrived it had the power of a toy.
I emailed the company straightaway, and they asked for videos of the said problems.
They apologized and asked for the unopened box to be sent back to Germany.
I contacted them again and asked for my money back as the goods were not as described. Also, how could I post them videos, if I hadn't opened the box.
After several emails, it was obvious that they didn't want to know and I have taken it as an experience.
I have contacted Trading Standards and to be honest, I don't think they will act for me because of the cost of the item.
So, what I will say to people thinking of using this company, "Do your research first".
I wish I did.

Awful product cheap and nasty. No instructions included nothing at all. How to use the attachments complete scam should not be allowed to advertise or sell anything. Takes ages to come and refund policy is complete nonsense.

Well my GT40 finally arrived and it’s rubbish. Very poor suction and looks flimsy and cheap. I have asked for a refund immediately. They have not responded to my request as yet. Will keep TrustPilot posted

Scam company.
I stupidly bought the GT40 Pro Precision Vacuum Cleaner what a con.
Do not believe the videos they show false information.
It has nothing like the suction power it shows. It’s plastic crap and the company are a bunch of German cowboys.
Hopefully you read this and others before making a wrong purchase

This site is a scam. I received my car vac from them but not all of the accessories fit. I contacted them by email but had to be persistent to get any reply. They asked for photos, which I sent. No reply. I emailed again and eventually received a reply asking what was wrong.. I have emailed again and received one back saying that I could now buy the upgraded version. AVOID this site is the best advice I can give you.

Absolute con, sent a toy in the post and make the return so onerous you are better off binning the rubbish they sent. Avoid at all costs

Longer delivery time than expected.
Vacuum would be ideal for my granddaughters dolls house. Very disappointed. Waiting for a reply from’Claudia’ regarding returning under 30 days option.
I don’t know where the web site found so many people who loved this product!

Got sucked into the Social Media videos and when received and tested it was useless. The vacuum was non existent and struggled to pick up rubbish even if held close.
The return policy is a joke, dont like to say but causght by a SCAM.

This is total rubbish, I read somewhere it’s 13,000 revs that’s a laugh would fall to bits. On the addverts it’s clearly states made in the UK, that’s part of the reason, but it comes from Taiwan. I thought it was the genuine one, but found out the genuine ones are over £70. It’s a total con, wish I had read these before buying it, in their video it shows a case, so I queried it, they said it was sold out from another promotion. Now they are advertising a case and other acces. If you look at trustpilot it says only 3 reports when there are pages, a total con, I thought it was the genuine one as I paid £29.90 it’s nothing more than a child’s toy. In no way is this a British company, I will be contacting the advertising agency to try and get it taken down, could be a good idea to all report this company, to advertising authority. It doesn’t even hold a cup of dirt etc, there is no way it would be able to blow up a lilo. Maybe write to Facebook / Meta they maybe interested but I doubt it. Come to think about it, I think I paid by CC so maybe I can claim the money back, as it says made in Great Britain.

DO NOT BUY. IT'S A SCAM. you will order the very impressive GT40 PRO and receive the HL-107 which you wouldn't take for free. I luckily used Paypal. Total scam company.

I bought the Vauscher GT40 portable vacuum after seeing the adverts on Facebook.
I opened the box, realised I had been conned, and put the product in the dustbin, all within 5 minutes.
I have never experienced such a dishonest company selling such an abysmal product.
Forget the impressive videos on social media - this vacuum has the weakest suction power of anything I have ever experienced. It would be far better using a straw in your mouth to suck up dirt rather than using this worthless piece of kit.
Please avoid this company and this product. They are liars and out to con you.
I kept the USB cable - the sort you can buy at any pound shop. Big deal.

Avoid Like the Plague .. THIS COMPANY ARE JUST TOTAL CON MERCHANTS .. They don’t send you what you think your buying .. I also received the HL - 107 model .. Definitely wasn’t what I believed I’d ordered & payed for .. NOT SURE the GT40 Pro Precision vacuum even Exists .. I had a few emails after I had contacted them, after seeing on a Tracking App that my purchase had been delivered 5 hours earlier .. (this was a few weeks ago).. (Which it, hadn’t) .. Something was finally delivered approx 5 days after that .. And all along the way, it was being said Royal Mail were the ones to deliver my item .. (I’d traveled to my Local sorting office, on 2 separate occasions trying to chase it up) .. I’d also had a row with a Guy renting the Property next door, to me .. After noticing he’d had some items delivered earlier in the day .. & bugger me, when I finally received a delivery it came by AVRI, Royal Mail were no where in sight .. I had received a Txt from AVRI a couple of days earlier to say they had a item for me, around the same time I’d had a email, from Vauscher telling me Royal Mail would be delivering my vacuum .. LOOKS 👀 Like someone was telling Porkies 🤥 somewhere .. My Moneys With & On Vauscher .. & as someone said earlier they make it nearly impossible for the ordinary man / woman in the street, to get their head around it, to return their product .. Something wants doing about this horrible, robbing Company.. Trading Standards should be taking them to court !!!! .. AVOID .. “Worse then another Covid variant” .. SINCERE APOLOGIES to anyone who Lost a Loved ONE through Covid …”But that’s just how BAD this Company is”… 👎…

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering this GT 40 Pro that I saw in the FB add.
Like everyone else I have received the old model.
Load of junk. £29.99 for something widely available for under £10.
This Claudia person is quick to e mail you when they’ve taken your money, not so quick when you are unhappy about what you receive.
Steer well clear, professional con artists.

The same issue everybody on here I Ordered a GT40 pro vacuum and got a cheap HL-107. They are trying to fob me off saying they used old packaging, Ihave asked for a full refund.Avid avoid avoid this company at all costs

Same as every one else. Ordered the GT40 Pro car vac and was sent the cheaper less well specified HL-107. I Complained but they would only refund me if it was unopened and unused and that I would have to pay to send it back. Spoke to Citizens Advice and they say that the company has breached my consumer rights, the goods sent was not as described and as I bought it online it is Vauscher responsibility to arrange and pay for the return.

I’ve contacted them twice now with this information but they have not replied. If I could give them 0 stars I would but the lowest is only 1star.

Trustpilot should also get involved, since on Vauscher’s advertising they claim they have a 4.5 star rating on Trustpilot.

They are a bunch of ripoff merchants AVOID. I’m going to report them to Trading Standards.

At least D.Turpin wore a mask! Do not buy anything from this scam company! Take your money and dont send the goods, although reading other reviews, seems like the GT pro was a piece of crap. They dont respond to emails.

Update: has arrived finally, was it wirth the wait? Hell no!
