Avoid this company - items received - glass cleaning wands - were nothing like the advertising, free gifts promised were not received. They do not respond to complaints. They claim to be selling UK products but shoddy goods were shipped from China

This company is a total ripoff. I ordered the sealant as advertised but received a totally different product. The order arrived weeks after the purchase. I’ve emailed to report that the product is not fit for purpose, sent pictures of the product, as yet I’m still awaiting a response. DO NOT USE THIS Company.

This company is a complete scam. Like so many others, I ordered a log splitter that never arrived. I wish I’d read these reviews prior to ordering as I would never have bought it otherwise.
Avoid. These people are a con.

If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought an ambient car lighting kit, meant to be all rechargeable etc. Supplied with charging cables. None of it has charging ports, none of the lights turn on. instructions say remote is rechargeable but it isn't. Proper proper scam, and cannot return it as its been opened as is detailed deep within their shady returns policy. Opened a PayPal dispute. See how that goes but looks like iv lost 20 bux

I have had 2 items delivered by vauscher uk, both items have originated from China, both items are either defective or parts missing. Custo.er service is absolutely useless.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid! My item is delayed, very elusive and aviodant customer services. I ordered a second item and cancelled it 30 minutes later to be told it was too late to cancel as in the 30 minutes it had been processed and ready for despatch! Upon reminding them of my legal rights, the fact i had stopped payment suddenly the order is cancelled! I am still waiting for my order. AVOID. This is not good customer service at all.

I ordered 2 glass wands for cleaning inside my car windows, what I received was a pair of cheap shoddy plastic items that you wouldn’t touch with a barge pole in a pound shop.
£18 wasted and a lesson learnt, do yourself a favour and don’t make the same mistake I did

Total and utter rubbish. “Glass Wand” was NOTHING like the illustration, if I had paid 50p I would think I had been robbed! Return to Germany at my own expense? No thanks, I’ll just bin the £20 worth of crap they send me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!,

Did not receive order and company (well I say company I think it's all just a scam) won't help at all .
Numerous genetic emails saying item was just delayed. No reply at all when I asked for a refund.
Do not give them your hard earned money as its all just one big scam.
Wish I'd read the reviews on here first instead of just the obviously false reviews om Facebook.

I placed an order then suspected it may be a scam when I tried to phone and cancel it and found that the phone number wasn't recognised. When I wrote to cancel it I was told that it had already been sent out and I should return it for a refund once it was received. I then received an email saying that my items hadn't left the factory due to a delay and apologising for this. I said again that I didn't want them and to keep them but they ignored that and the items eventually arrived. It said in their last email that they were rated 4.8/5 based on 2,459 reviews yet when I checked Trustpilot it says that they have 1.6 out of 37 reviews and are classified as ‘Bad’. I have just sent an email to the company asking them to let me have a reply paid label and I would return the items right away. Within minutes I received a very lengthy reply with their conditions to return the items. One of which is that they have to be returned to Germany under my own expense. Of course the cost of the postage would be a large percentage of the cost of the items so not worth pursuing this. I reported them to the fraud / dispute department of my bank and the bank refunded my money.

Wood splitter. Total waste of money. And it’s dangerous. Don’t bother emailing them, they won’t reply.

W70 PRO log splitter ordered. It is advertised as made in UK. Was then provided with tracking that showed it being sent from China. I requested that order be cancelled and money refunded. Was told that I would have to wait for it to be delivered, but could then send it back for refund. They would not answer my query of why it was advertised as made in uk, and would not respond to my asking them to confirm that they would accept a free return. On looking at Terms and Conditions and Returns, it is states that the item must be returned to a German address at the purchasers expense while they show a London address on the website. Have reported to Citizens Advice in the hope that Trading Standards will take action. In short, this company is not much better than a scam and should not be trusted.

I ordered glass wand and vacuum and very happy. Got exactly as shown. I ordered from vauscher-shop.com. Vauscher-uk.com comes up with warning that not secure and may be impersonation another site.
I wonder which site people who have had bad experiences ordered from.

Windscreen cleaner looked nothing like the part advertised just a cheap piece of plastic

Having ordered close to Christmas and with it bring a stocking filler for my grandson it was a relief that it had turned up in plenty of time and am sure he’ll he pleaded with it. Plenty of updates so that was good

Purchased there Glass Wand. Poor Poor product.

The item looks nothing like their advertised product!!

Arrived in a cheap plastic bag and NOT the in the box as advertised.

Cheap black plastic, smaller than advertised!!

Cheap rags which only just fit on the cheap plastic arm!!

Ordered a triangular, extendable windscreen cleaning wand and took advantage of a 2nd unit at half price.
The order took 10 days to arrive and when delivery was queried I received prompt replies.
Unfortunately, on receipt of my order I found that what was received were rectangular, non-extending wands.
I immediately e-mailed Vauscher and have followed up with two further emails but have had no response.
Having read other reviews since, it would appear that my experience is not unusual and that this company is operating a scam.
I would warn anyone considering a purchase from them to think again.

I bought a set of 2 extendable windscreen cleaners with triangular, rotating heads and an additional set of 4 microfibre cloths.
The items which arrived have cheap, plastic, non extendable handles which are uncomfortable to use. The heads are rectangular plastic, and the microfibre covers only just fit. There was no additional set of cloths.

Complete waste of money as product supplied isnt what I ordered and they just ignore emails!!!

How do I remove the plastic collection container to empty the contents and clean the filter. I have emailed Claudia several times but as yet no response. Very frustrating
