I have used Vapekit for the past few years for all my vaping liquids & accessories because their prices have remained competitive throughout, but more importantly they only supply genuine branded products which gives me the ‘comfort factor’ I rely on knowing what I use is the real deal compared to other suppliers I have used in the past….if you get my point!!
The order process couldn’t be simpler quickly followed by order confirmation, despatch, and in most instances next day delivery
Customer service took on a whole new meaning just recently when Royal Mail ‘lost’ my delivery and I contacted Vapekit …. They answered their order enquiry helpline almost immediately followed by a confirmation email in less than an hour informing me not to worry as they would rectify the issue accordingly. This was then followed up with a phone call from one of the owners of the company to assure me a refund or replacement goods would be issued the next …….. now you show me a company that gives that level of customer service, that promptly in this day & age …… they were superb and to say I was impressed would be an understatement…you rarely see it these days……5 stars
Incidentally the delivery turned up the following day…… one of my neighbours had taken it from our front door for safekeeping while we were away

I have tried the elfbull but do not like it. £10 wasted.

I have used Vapekit.co.uk for my vape fluids and coils over a number of years. They have always provided a first class service, quickly dispatching orders, often the same day. Problems are swiftly dealt with, I recently had a pack of five vape coils, two did not work. I informed vapekit of the problem and they immediately sent a replacement pack.

I ordered methol liquid strength 3 an d they send me strength 6 to strong I cant cape it otherwise no other problems

They are very prompt with delivery and always arrive when they say. Also website very easy to use.

Order was placed last Thursday, arrived Friday so was very happy, but upon opening parcel was informed that 1 flavour on my order was out of stock & would be delivered asap. One week on & it still hasn't arrived.
I appreciate things like this & out of stocks happen, but it would have been better to have received a text/call/email offering an alternative if I didn't want to wait... I would have taken the option of a replacement & tried a new brand or flavour.
It's the first time it's happened, I hope it's going to remain a rare occurrence

I understand the need to check for age but this is usually done on the door step in my experience. Also it is important to give the customer the option to proceed to not. It is not helpful to ask for age confirmation after they have paid. The delay caused me to have to buy some oil locally until my order came and this was costly.

Stupid website won’t verify you age so you can’t pay
