Choice is good, price is competitive, website is easy to use. Email updates are helpful. Delivery isn’t clear and it’s difficult to find out date of arrival or make any changes to delivery date/time.

Actually a great company to deal with. Been using for a few years. And had pleasant experiences. Phone calls to explain a flavour or vape orderd is out of stock and options of flavours to replace with rather than just sending out any flavour as replacement. Fast response with queries

Horrible service. They never send the vapes I ordered. The refund took weeks to get back. NEVER use it again

Good service but had to substitute two boxes because they ran out of stock

I'd used them for years so I placed an order June 2025 part of which wasn't in stock. I said I'd wait, it never came back into stock. Since then I've been 'chatting' with them on WhatsApp, have emailed, and yet despite yet another promise to "look into it" three days ago still no response. I have no option other than to give them a poor review. They haven't offered any options, and certainly haven't agreed to refunding me my £98! They used to be so good I don't know what's gone wrong. If they'd like to refund me I'll change my review but I won't hold my breath.

Best in every sort of way, doing business with them since maybe an year but providing good quality of service. compared to vsl 1000 times better in way of communication and followup as we have very bad experience with some other online suppliers e.g (VSL no communication no followup nothing)
