We ordered a mat for the cabin of our Fiat Ducato campervan. The process of looking up the right year and model was very easy and straightforward and the cost of the mat was very reasonable. We received delivery within a few days and we are delighted with the quality of the mat and the edging. It is exactly as we hoped and fits perfectly.

I ordered some mats for a Peugeot Expert and when they came I was really happy with the quality, unfortunately when I went to fit them there was an issue due to internal van lay out for the front mat. I contacted the seller and their customers service rep was excellent (thanks Kayleigh), she asked for a few photos to view the issue and was always very quick to respond to messages. When she had determined the problem she had a new mat made and dispatched within a week or so. Happy now with the mats and even more so with the customer ‘care’, this in my view makes a company far better than just the product itself.

Have not received my mats haven’t had a email to tell me what going on and no phone call

Ordered a set of front mats for a Peugeot Rifter 2021 mid April, mats received drivers mat does not fit, pin locations to wide apart, holes to small to locate clips.e- mailed the company (May take 5 working days to read and reply) asking for correct mats to be sent or simply refund the purchase price.I had to send photos and measurements of the clips for distance apart, I did ask why they did not know this.
As of sending this May 10th no refund or replacement mat has been sent, my last enquiry yesterday said they would hurry up the shop floor!!!
In conclusion I will not recommend this company or any of their subsidiaries, they are slow and do not seem to know how to handle a genuine complaint.
Update,the replacement front mat has arrived, and it still wrong, although the spacing is now correct the whole size is just the same and will not fit the clip in the vehicle, time for my money back I think!
Second Update, phoned again , they apologised and sent by 1st class post a bag full of different clips, it took a few goes but I now have mats that can be locked down and will not slip.
I cannot alter my review as I believe they should have known this from the start, but you live and learn!!!
