Ordered car mats for Clio - arrived within 3 days (so far so good) wrong fitment so could not use them Phoned the company to see about returns my order nos. not recognized by them they said was I sure I had ordered from them (despite the phone nos. I contacted them on being the one on there web site).I am now the proud owner of car mats that don't fit .I wished that I had reviewed Trust Pilot prior to ordering.My advice is do not deal with this company.

Ordered & paid for carpets direct from a listing on their web site, it took over a week to be told the listing was an error & that my order had been cancelled. I was informed via email that a full refund would be issued within seven to ten working days, the time scale elapsed with no refund received.

I contacted the company requesting an immediate refund. No response from the company! Luckily I had paid using PayPal & I was able to open a dispute through PayPal for a refund.

I supplied the email regarding the cancellation & refund to enable PayPal to conduct their investigation. Eventually, nearly two months after placing the order, PayPal resolved the dispute in my favour & today 16th March I have received a refund in full.

Car and Van Mats Ltd are a complete waste of space & think the can treat customers with contempt.

If you require mats for your vehicle, search elsewhere & give Car and Van Mats a wide berth.

This company is appalling. There is no communication at all despite several emails. I returned my mat which didn’t fit and have not received any notification or refund. When asked to review on their website because of the low star awarded they did not publish !

It does not even deserve 1 star!!!!
The mats arrived late....decided not to keep. They were not even opened!! Contacted them through e mail and they explained how to return and they asked me to get proof of posting...which I did costing £11.17
The mats were £69.99.
So after I returned the mats I heard nothing!. Can't get anyone on phone and no one answering my emails. Disgusting service. I'm out of pocket of over £80! I would have kept mats if I new I wouldn't get refund but now I have nothing except being out of pocket.
Please so not use this site. It is at you own risk as others have already stated. I've reported them to the police and there is an investigation on going . Never had to do this in my life before.

Firstly the mats did not arrive on time and no communication email untill I chased, but no matter I was not in a rush, however if you need quickly please make note of this

What was a problem when I did receive them they did not fit over the studs in the drivers footwell, I emailed them and they indicated that the incorrect clips were fitted and sent me some correct ones in the post, I tried to fit these but was wary of damaging the mat,( noting there exchange policy) the wrongly fitted clips did not come loose as easy as inferred, I emailed the company who insisted over many messages in the following week and a half that the clips could easily be fitted, however as stated I was reluctant to try any harder to fit in case of damage so I asked for confirmation that they would exchange if I damaged while removing the incorrect clips and fitting the new again the company had a hard nose mantra response that the clips are

easy to fit.... full stop and they would not confirm replacement if I damaged, so I asked for replacement with correct ones, again the company
spewed out the mantra that the clips fit, no replacement acknowledgement... On and on it went and still goes on, all I want is a drivers side mat that fits I do not want to fit clips that may damage the mat and then find out the company will not replace, just do the right thing and replace the drivers side mat with the correct one, you can arrange for the incorrect one to be returned.

Beware if anything is wrong, they seem a reluctant exchange company

My order was forgotten and despite several requests and emails promising the car mats were being made and sent 'today', eventually after a month and a half only part of the order turned up. It took threats of Consumer Rights Act 2015 to get a refund, which was eventually given after being requested many many times!

Placed an order and had an acknowledgement. Chased them up and heard nothing. Eventually after leaving a bad review they confirmed the Mats had been sent and also refunded me.

My Honda dealer wanted to charge me £125 for a set of 4 car mats for my new Jazz Hybrid. I bought mats from this company (Exclusive range, fixing clips, graphite colour) for just under £41. Delivery was free.

The mats were all I hoped for. The quality and fit was very good and the colour matched the car’s carpet brilliantly.

The customer service let things down a bit. For example, they said that they would be despatching the mats on a specific day and they did not do that. When they did eventually despatch the mats they gave me a tracking link that did not work. Yes, they always responded promptly to emails, but those responses were very brief and not always accurate.

The mats when they eventually arrived were of decent quality and fit. However do not order from here if you are in a rush. The mats took over 2 weeks to arrive and that was after I chased them 3 times. Each time I contacted them, the mats were on their way, until they did eventually arrive.

The mats are decent enough quality (most mat companies are the same) and they were the only place offering the leather-style trim. The fit is ok but they are tight and are slightly to large in some of the dimensions. Could probably do with being about 5mm smaller in each direction.
Delivery was a joke though as they took 2 weeks to come, came in a plastic bag that wasn't sealed (no idea how they didn't fall out) and they had to be chased to send them. I wouldn't use them again.

Ordered mats for VW polo - arrived within 7 days; not a bad turnaround and as suggested on the website.

Having only read reviews on here post order, I wasn’t expecting a great result! 😬
The mats are ‘ok’ - I opted for the ‘exclusive’ carpet and paid an extra £21 for the ‘quality’. If I had been able to feel the ‘quality’ of the ‘exclusive’ mat I wouldn’t have bought them! ...they are not very exclusive. I’d suggest these are standard quality and some way below the OEM standard - but at £40 they are also cheaper than the OEM standard.
I’m not dissatisfied enough to send back or try and get a refund so will see how they wear.

Purchased a mat for a Peugeot Expert. The overall finish of the edging was very poor. The mat came with some of the edging missing. I was told that the machinist could not get to those parts, and no-one would see that part of the mat when it was fitted. Where the edging material ended there was unstitched material also hanging off. Beware that this might be the case as its not mentioned on their web-site. If it was for my car I would have sent it back for a refund.

Just purchased set of car and van mats. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful (wish I could remember her name). Wasn’t sure about boot mat and she kindly said to send a photo and she would advise. Explained I needed the mats ASAP and she has said she will endeavour to get them to me as soon as possible. Very satisfied, thank you. Would have given 5 stars but should wait until I get the mats I guess.

Ordered mats for Citroen C3 Picasso on 1/12/2020 Good Value. Very pleased when they arrived on 9/12/2020. I did send EMail querying delay but received response within a few minutes saying they would be finished and despatched that night. They were! Would not hesitate to use again. Brian Isaacs (Worcs)

Just received my van mats for my Mercedes Sprinter, Fantastic quality and fit like a glove! Ordered the thick carpet quality ones with the fancy edging! 10 times better than original Mercedes ones and three quarters of the price less than Merc! Would definitely recommend this company for car mats!

Ordered dark grey/ graphite and paid extra for quality, but recieved black and very poor quality, edges started turning up after a day. Ask to send them back and was told I had to pay postage.
£12.50p&p to send back not happy and wouldn't recommend this company

Recently bought a new car from Skoda which came without mats. Skoda wanted £60 for a set. So I decided to buy them from this website for £24. Mats took a while to come which I've got to admit was quite annoying. Everytime I phoned the company to get an update I managed to get through to someone. They explained to me that their company was going through some hard times due to covid and the chap explained they are working hard to rectify the backlog of orders. However I got the mats today they are very good quality and defiantly worth the wait. I'm sure in the future the company will get orders out quicker it's quite understanble they are struggling with covid just like everyone else.

The company’s customer services are poor. There are no clear numbers to call and when you obtain them, they just don’t respond. My recent order took one week and two days to be delivered. I had already lost hope thinking that l had been scammed. They don’t provide a tracking number neither do they reassure you when you eventually get in touch. The car mats are of mediocre quality. Steer away from this company, they are not professional.

Wish I had read reviews first - ordered mats on 5th August now 13 days later and nothing received ! Will now contact credit card company and PayPal - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Update - they cancelled the order for me but are not now issuing a refund and won’t respond to email _ very unprofessional business clearly about to go bust ! Don’t waste your money with this site .

I wish i would have checked here before purchase...
Cheap mats for exclusive price adhesive velcro fixings that came with the mats wont hold after a week...
Rewievs in their website are fake as I left honest one and it never showed up there
