Online order for some cab mats for the motorhome. Picked what I wanted and sent off the order. Within half hour I received a message asking for some images to clarify I had ordered the right mats. Reply came back that the order needed to be amended slightly to fit my motorhome. Order was placed and came within two weeks. Fitted like a glove, love the new mats. Very helpful to have that level of customer service. Good job!

Ordered a set of mats for my car. Unfortunately the drivers heel pad had worn through after 11,000 miles. Asked CarMats about any options (had already sussed out a small pad on Amazon).
CarMats asked for photos and then offered me a replacement mat with a PVC heel mat which should be more wear resistant.
Original sales service was very good but this after-sales response was absolutely brilliant. Thanks to Amy and Elliot.

I might have bought but I don’t use companies that, however many times you ask, refuse to stop sending spam emails.

I ordered some car mats for my golf estate and put in year etc. The mats arrived on time but unfortunately the back seat mats did not fit. I put the front mats in as my cat needed to have mats (hence my purchase ) and i thought i would try and live with the oversized and incorrect back seat mats. A couple of days later, Carmats.co.uk asked me for my feedback on the product / service. I explained to them that the back mats did not fit, They diod not apologise but simply said that as the mats had been used they would notbe able to help me. They advertise that they make bespoke mats. They are not helpful and i would be very careful when purchasing from them

I ordered an extra set of front & rear car mats for a recently dealer purchased, 2017 Honda CR-V. It came with genuine Honda mats which I thought were ok but i have always kept a spare set incase of messy disasters... against my new CARMATS, the original Honda's seem cheap. The difference is Chalk & Cheese! They are now the main mats- and what a difference. Pay the extra and get a very good product. ( I used to run a fleet of limousine and I understand what quality mats are. ). This review is by me Richard Phillips

Absolutely shocking customer service - don't reply to emails - seem happy produce faulty items and not willing to speak to you regarding it

Car mats were poorly finished, heel rest squint. Velcro clips which are shown in pictures are 2 bits of velcro with sticky back. Nothing like pictures at all.
After numerous emails, they did allow a return.
Whole process disappointing and time consuming, Though did receive a refund in the end.

Unfortunately, I've lost hope that the parcel will even arrive. The company and DHL are providing no concrete answers. I've been waiting for the courier for two weeks, and the tracking number still hasn't changed, meaning it appears the parcel hasn't even started its journey. The company keeps responding, specifying further delivery days. CARMATS.UK, seriously? It's been a month! Unfortunately, you're losing credibility! If the company claims DHL is at fault, then after so many complaints, they switch couriers and, in the meantime, deliver the product to the customer using a different courier. I can change my opinion if you explain the situation clearly and provide a specific delivery date. No, and I'm interested in another email saying: "Maybe it will be this week."

I have now been waiting approximately a month, the 1st set of mats went missing? Not received any response to my emails and now threatening to go to credit card to get a refund

Great service from start to finish, prompt and polite with a quality product

Took a while for the mats to come, I ordered the exclusive ones with added Vinyl Union Jack Heelpad and coloured trim.

The Velcro fixing on the rear of the pad came off after just one week, the stitching on the heel pad came undone after a month. I emailed them but didn’t hear anything back from them.

I wouldn’t go anywhere near this company again expensive mats that don’t last 10 minutes

The mats supplied for my Niro were a perfect fit and of good quality at a third of the price of the the genuine Kia items.
They were delivered in 2 batches and when I queried this, thinking that part of the order had been missed, I received a rapid and courteous reply.

Bit of a follow on from my Evri review as turns out Car Mats UK use Evri's services. Evidently my car mats were dispatched last Wednesday as far as Evri who are too incompetant to deliver them are concerned. Car Mats when contacted yesterday claimed the mats took 9 days to make that my actual mats were on day 6. Funny as now they claim they are dispatched. Lucky for me I paid with Paypal as they are my next port of call as I start a claim to get refunded. Paypal will contact both parties, once they discover both companies ineptitude ha ha they will automatically refund me. Then I can take my business elsewhere and inform as many of the thousands of people I know on various social media groups to do likewise.
