Disappointing
I had high hopes for these but really disappointed. Purchased as I smelt a few of them at an airbnb and loved the strong scent. Bought on an offer of buy 2 get 2 free but still not cheap as the order was over £40 but didn’t mind paying more as I thought it would be good quality. I live in a small flat and have placed them in high traffic areas / turn them regularly etc. have had for 2 weeks and you can only smell them if you stand over them. I even have two in our open plan area but can’t smell anything. Wouldn’t buy again. For info I bought jasmine rosewood x 2, vanilla sandalwood and Turkish rose and sandalwood.
No one has been in touch with me from customer services as the response says below.

I’m absolutely in love with the…
I’m absolutely in love with the Lemongrass & Rosemary diffuser! I’ve smelled it in various homes and shops and was highly recommended to try it myself — I’m so glad I did!
They’re honestly fantastic reed diffusers, and the customer service is excellent too. I had a minor issue with my reed diffuser, but it was resolved within just a few days with no fuss.
I couldn’t recommend them more!

Fantastic products
Fantastic products, I have used their reed diffusers, room mists and diffuser oils
and they are top quality and also long lasting. Customer service are excellent too, one of the oils I ordered I wasn’t too keen on so they replaced it straight away. Lemongrass and Rosemary are my favourites but there are plenty of scents to choose from and all top quality.

Think I'll stick the white company diffusers!
Ordered from this company before but said I wouldn't use again due to the scent hardly being noticeable. Decided to try again after smelling them at a friends house ... what a huge disappointment yet again! Apart from them only being 3/4 full there is hardly any smell whatsoever! The handwash is very strong but the diffusers are an utter waste of money!

Great company
I have recently started using these reed diffusers and candles. I wish I had used them before. The dissusers last for quite a while and the smell lingers for ages. Often recieveing favourable comments from guests.
Customer service is always prompt and personal. You are definetly dealing with a 'person' and not a Bot. I will be ordering again soon.

Excellent products, nicely packaged, delivered promptly and fantastic customer service.
The mini mists make great presents and a great way to try out new fragrances.
I was delighted to discover that I could return a product as I didnt like the scent. Spoke to Kia at customer services and she kindly arranged it all for me and at no cost.
I'll certainly be ordering some new scents now.

I’ve been ordering from Valentte for many years and sadly have stopped. On the one occasion I decided to take out a delivery pass everything went wrong! Someone inputted my details incorrectly and the pass simply didn’t work so a complete waste of money. I reached out to the customer service team and they were terrible saying there was nothing they could do. I wouldn’t have minded, as a goodwill gesture, send out a / candle / diffuser for the hassle - literally nothing. So disappointing as a loyal customer.

Love their diffusers, especially lemongrass & rosemary & wild mint & scillion lemon, also I have been fortunate enough with twice ordering that they had a special of buy three diffusers get a gift box free! Room sprays are also beautiful & the fragrance lasts long!

Lovely scents but don't last
I got 3 reed diffusers and the scents are unbelievably good! I was so happy with my purchase.
Unfortunately lasting "up to 12 weeks" can mean one week.
Pure lavender lasted a week and orange and chamomile about 4 weeks.
Mandarin and grapefruit is half way through, but it only has 2 reeds, so barely noticeable scent.
All kept out of direct sunlight, away from hot spots and wind.
As much as I love the scents they're too expensive for how long they last.

I ordered from this Company for the…first time with excellent service
I ordered from this Company for the first time a few weeks ago. My order arrived in good time but unfortunately the packaging had been interfered with, was badly damaged and had missing items.
I was unable to make a complaint to Royal Mail as I wasn't the sender, so I contacted Valentte. Within hours I had a response and within days replacement items.
This was exceptional service considering the fault was not that of the Company.
I will most definitely be using this Company again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I thought I would try these as an alternative to Jo Malone. Jo Malone might be expensive but they last much much longer than these ones have and with a continuous scent, so on that basis work out no more expensive.
The scent of these ones was great for the first few days and then non existent. The liquid went blue which I assumed was dye off the sticks, and the liquid gone in less than 4 weeks. My rooms are small so that’s not the reason for the lack of scent. Very odd considering most other reviews are positive.

Best fragrances and high quality
I purchased these after seeing them on instagram and so not regret it. Best candles and diffusers I have ever tried and now just ordered the hand wash and lotion and again no regrets. They work out great value with offers etc and they smell divine. Customer service is amazing, I’ve had to contact them about a reed issue and nothing was a hassle.

Very disappointed given all of the positive reviews ! Mine literally lasted less than 4 weeks despite everyone saying they last a long while. I tried to leave a review on the website but it is designed very cleverly !

Refills expensive
Absolutely the best diffusers ever the smell is divine but I have lots of empty glass bottles now and the refills are expensive, the offers are better to reorder the whole diffuser but then I will have lots of empty glass bottles. Wish the refills were cheaper and more economical.

These are the best diffusers and candles I have ever bought and I’ve bought from lots of places over the years. Be sure to try their essential oils and bodycare products too as they are fabulous. My house smells beautiful. Since finding Valentee I have not purchased home diffusers anywhere else. Everyone - including the postman has commented on how lovely the house smells. Ive recommended so many people and the best thing is we both benefit from 15% off our orders. My favourite smells are Lemon Grass and Rosemary with a very close second the newly returned fragrance Portovino. You seriously feel like you are abroad, the smells are Devine. Customer service is fantastic - not that Ive needed any support, however recently I did need to contact Valentee and their response was fair and quick. I cannot recommend them enough.
