Full Fibre is a Big Downgrade
Installation of Full Fibre went ok at second appointment. After promise of significant speed increase, internet is much slower. Even in adjacent rooms, WiFi signal is weak and beyond that not usable. What was a decent service has been seriously downgraded when it supposed to improve.

You can't imagine how lovely Sharmarki was!! I called UW today to help my aunt to set up a UW account and choose a budget plan, due to a language barrier. Sharmarki was SO LOVELY and FRIENDLY! He literally explained all terms and conditions and options to me in detail! And explained the meaning of some particular terms to me with patience. And waited patiently while I interpreted to my aunt! The duration of the call was up to 2 hrs! And he was being nice, helpful and patient during the whole time! I would give Sharmarki 6 stars out of 5!!! The world needs people like him!!

Absolutely dreadful customer service
Absolutely dreadful customer service. Well you can't even get through to them. My router arrived after the installation of fibre from open reach. I followed the instructions, I won't pretend I know what I'm doing though. My WiFi won't connect. I have called customer support 2 days on the run and tried the WhatsApp chat. No reply on WhatsApp chat. First day I was on hold for 1hr 5mins before getting cut off. Currently on hold for 1hr 30mins and still waiting. I have no WiFi in the house. No support from UW and no way of contacting anyone as their customer support seems none existent! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'll be switching back to my last provider ASAP!

The "Full Monty" in one place
Like its says on the "packet" I have everything in one place: viz energy, insurance( boiler and household), full fibre WiFi, mobiles and cashback card. It makes monthly bills so easy as household insurance paid monthly

I am still waiting for my broadband to…
I am still waiting for my broadband to be connected, for the engineer to arrange a date to come and install. I am told there is a problem as i am keeping my landline, and wanting to keep same number but it will be digital. There seems to be some delay which has been around 2 months now.
