No cable provided by UW to fit full fibre, connection poor
Full fibre agent came to fit but UW had not provided me with the correct cable so not able to connect. Where the full fibre was fitted has left me with a worse connection than before in my garden room which is where I work and need a good connection!
I have tried to call UW 4+ times to discuss this and have been on hold for 45 minutes + and still not manged to speak to customer services about my issues.
I feel since joining UW trying to connect any support via the phone is impossible an extremely poor service. I will not ben continuing with UW once my fix term finishes.
Please make sure you have all the correct equipment for full fibre before you have it fitted!

Always able to get answers when I contact you apart from now. Since I have been upgraded with City Fibre doing the work my phone number when I phone anybody either says anonymous or any other word similar when it should give my name to people. I have reported this and unplugged the phone line but still not showing my name. Please see if you can correst.

My energy bills, mobile, & broadband are all under one umbrella so the monthly bill for these is taken directly from my account, which is hassle free.
