New accounts
We recently moved house and customer service handled the change of address opened our new account, arranged for the 40 day account to be closed and transferred into the new account when the 40 days have expired.

It was good to be able to open a Trust…
It was good to be able to open a Trust Reserve Deposit account online, and load the necessary documentation.
However it wasn't obvious that we wouldn't be able to open another linked account, e.g. 6 month Bond, or be able to transfer money from one account to the other without getting in touch.
When we did get in touch, accounts were opened, and funds were swiftly transferred.

The transfer procedure was/will be carried out by the investment company arranging transfer. If UTB carry out request then they will have fulfilled my request.

Making deposits
Apart from the fact that your website is incledibly slow to load on my computer, making transfers was easy. You do seem to have a problem with separating business and personal passwords so I have had to change my personal password twice after being warned it was temporary. I haven't used the business one recently so I hope it hasn't been similarly affected and expired.
