Well, we ordered off of facebook thinking we were getting a product made in the USA. Nope, 5 weeks waiting time and the tattered package arrived from China. They are okay, generic. We'll see if they fit the truck. Missing all the clips to secure them in place. I messaged them and they want a video of the packaging showing the missing parts. I sent them pictures, no packing slip, no instructions except in another language - that this review will not let me post, but they have pictures of how to install, so I's sure my husband can put them together, to see if they even fit. What I don't understand is why the staff need a video of the box showing no packing slip and empty shipping bags for the clips that still have the tape on them. I took clear pictures of everything, but apparently that isn't good enough for them. So I marked them as scammers in my mind. We went on Amazon and found some claps that will work and ordered them. So, I guess we'll install and see if they fit next week when the clasps come in. If not, we'll ship them back, and if they grief us, we'll notify pay pal and give them a worse review. Would not recommend, and will not be a returning customer.

I'd give less stars if I could. Company based out of Boulder Colorado supposedly. When you order they ship from China. They're not custom fit or handmade. Not real sure they're even genuine leather. I am not happy with the color or fit and they won't exchange them for different ones because they aren't defective. They're a scam site and have been reported. Just found out they also go us carseat, bicarbonate store, niz auto and I'm sure many more

I am having the same issues as a previous reviewer gave. Ordered off Facebook thought I was purchasing custom sear covers made in the USA only to get a shipment 3 or 4 weeks later from China. They said they are custom fit to my truck and do not fit at all. I have then packaged up and ready to ship back but the company refuses to accept my return without taking a video of me trying to install them. After I've told them numerous times that they will not fit and will either rip the seams of the covers or ruin my stock leather seats. They will not budge on giving me a return/refund. So I have complained about them to the Federal Trade Commission. And filed for a refund through PayPal. After filing my complaint with PayPal the company reached out asking me to close my complaint with oaypal and they will refund the money. I told them to refund my money and send a return label. After that I will close my complaint. Hopefully PayPal can get my money back. This company is a scam with a horrible company. BUYER BEWARE! I will never purchase anything through them again. And atrongly urge other to do the same. Spread the word. If I could give them no stars I would.

Garbage. Chinese instructions no english instrutions generic type fit. Very misleading they make it seem they are American i assure you they are not . Go elsewhere for your covers. Also arrived all mangled in a box from china

The name U.S.A. Seat Cover is misleading and possibly fraudulent. After ordering, using their link on Facebook, one is misled, intentionally or otherwise, into believing their seat covers are made in the U.S. when ordering they ask for year/make/model of car. After ordering, they arrived many, many, many weeks later in a thin tattered box with a Chinese shipping label. The box contained no installation instructions, no return policy/label and no warranty info. The seats clearly are generic seats not made in the U.S. at all, and did not fit my seats. After reaching out to the company by phone multiple times, no response and no way to leave a message. I sent an email obtained from their website that said Boulder, CO. The response from the Customer Support Team was generic at best, said they were sorry and asked me to make a video so they could see how the seats don’t fit. I sent a picture of shipping label and of the box of seat covers. They insist on a video, I assertively said the seats don’t fit and I wanted a return address and full refund to my credit card. We are at an impasse, and there has been no further communication from them. Not a reputable company at all. Very exasperating to work with them as there has been complete lack of sincerity and no genuine effort to cooperate by refusing to accept the seats back for a full refund. All responses are canned responses, feels like a tug of war. Unacceptable customer support, business does not make even a minimal effort to stand by their product. I called BBB in Boulder and their reviews show a C+ rating. I given them an F and still trying to get a refund of my money.

When you have a product issue, this is what you get back from them. It is a standard tool they use to discourage you from trying to resolve a problem. They will continue to have you jump through hoops to resolve a matter so you get discouraged, give up and move on. So, if you plan to do business with this company and have a problem, good luck. There are better companies to work with.

Received my seat covers for my 2004 BMW ci....did not fit as they did not account for seat belt harness....have been trying for weeks to contact them to no avail...they are a rip-off company who will take you money and run...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

USA Seat covers sent me a set of universal seat covers that won't fit the seat in my corvette. I've informed them of the problem and asked for a return shipping label. They only want to give me a 20% refund on the seat covers which I really have no use for. Now the company has stopped communicating with me all together. So I guess I'm stuck with a $218.00 set of seat covers. I would not recommend doing business with USA Seat covers.

I ordered Car steering wheel covers. They advertised there would be logos on the covers, but when I received them, they were plain. I have tried to get a refund. I paid for 2 covers and was only refunded a small amount. This is the worst company to deal with.

Ordered seat covers for 2000 model Ford excursion and received generic seat covers that did not fit any seat! Company charged me extra for warranty and exchange option and refuses to exchange or warranty!.
3 bottom seat covers were not even in the box! I don't know where this stuff comes from but it is certainly not USA!

Ordered steering wheel cover that fall off when you turn. Explained that to the company and after several attempts to communicate and several vague responses that show they did not read my email they wanted me to pay for return shipping for an unsafe item.

Ordered a set for my 22 Ram truck. They did not fit correctly. Much too tight on the top. Could not even zip it. Within a couple of months the drivers seat wore through. Contacted them. They said it was considered "misuse". Crazy. They refuse to do anything. Wasted about $250.

This is one of the worst companies I have delt with. Try and support USA made they took the money for my order told me it would be shipped in 7-14 days 1 month later still waiting. Cancelled order after enquiring twice.
They where the once that cancelled the order after my enquiry they could not fulfill the order and dont understan customer service

Complete scam! Seat covers are NOT designed for the vehicle! They don't even fit our truck seats at all. I got a color that was different than what I ordered, so they offered a discount. But if the covers don't even fit, color is irrelevant. Emailed them again to request refund and return. No reply.

UPDATE: We have been emailing back and forth. They keep offering a discount. That is ridiculous! A discount on seat covers that are completely useless to me is still a scam. I disputed with my credit card company.

Ordered USA Seat covers through Alex seats. The order took several weeks, received them Yesterday 11-7-23. The drivers and passengers seat back covers DO NOT FIT!
And of course Specifically Ordered for a 2009 Buick Enclave….the seat covers are obviously Universal, and not fabricated to fit for specific Vehicles.
I’ve sent several emails to the Company concerning this, with NO Reply! So these covers are useless to me and nearly $300 wasted!!!!

This is the first time I am posting a negative review about any company . But I feel I must . Ordered seat covers from this company 1st order lost waited over a month to get product then when it arrived it was not the look I wanted for my vehicle contacting them immediately about it . Nothing they would do to return them . So buyer beware . Not a happy shopper .

BEWARE!! Front seats OK, back seats too narrow for seats, look like crap. Asked for wider piece in middle but got a 15% rebate offer instead! I should do my checks better before buying

I saw this product on Instagram but the video and pictures they showed were much different than what I received. The product creaked and made noise every time I gripped my steering wheel. When I emailed them for help, they responded at 12 a.m., which tells me their sales office is not really in Colorado, but probably China with their warehouse in Colorado. They say their return policy only applies to defective/damaged items. Buyer beware, these people are frauds. I only wish I had read the reviews of this company before I made the purchase.

Horrible product, fitment sucks, cheap ass material

This company is not in the USA, it’s a scam… they do ship you seat covers but they in no way go to the vehicle thst you ordered for, refuse to exchange and refuse to refund! I had to report them as fraud in my card.
