I ordered custom floor mats and when they came in they looked like the cheapest quality I've ever seen. Thin, floppy, wrinkled and the fit is horrible. They don't even have clips. They include the bare minimum amount of weak velcro which would never even work in some parts. This website is a Chinese scam site like Wish.

To whoever reading my review, please think twice before you order. The floor mats is not worth it. They look too bulky in the car. I sent the email to get my money back or exchange. They wouldn’t do it. The price is not worth it so I advise anyone who’s purchasing the floor mats do not get them. It’s not worth the money.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! By far the worst experience I've had buying things online. I spent over $400 on seat covers and floor mats that supposedly fit my Fiat 500L. The seat covers arrived ripped and do NOT fit at all. The backseat covers block the seatbelts and the front seats sag terribly. The floor mats are not mats, but liners. I have to buy floor mats IF I want to use these, which I don't. I won't pay $20 for what I paid $400. Do NOT waste your money on this product. Customer service says I can't return them if they're undamaged. They arrived damaged so that's out. After weeks of negotiation they think a 37% refund is acceptable for a product that I can use 0%.

The seat coverings were superb craftsmanship and a perfect fit. Because of the superb, knowledgeable service they provide, I would recommend this to anyone looking for bespoke upholstery or seat rebuilds.

Another set of covers purchased from usaseatcover.com Stunning goods that seem like they were manufactured with leather seats and fit well. I am so grateful to the personnel for their assistance; they provide excellent customer service. When I change my car again, I would most definitely get another set from this company, which I heartily suggest.

Took forever to receive my seat covers, they were totally for a different vehicle, they refuse to pay to ship them back, replace or refund. SCAM-BEWARE

Just fitted my new seat covers, to say I'm delighted would be an understatement! A pleasure to deal with US SEAT COVER COMPANY and a quality product!

Any 5 star review on this page is fake and placed there by the company itself. Their return policy states that if you contact them within 6 hours they can cancel the order. The problem is that they don't reply to emails until at least 12 hours after you send them, thus voiding any chance for a refund or cancelation. DO NOT be fooled like I was into believing this company is legit. They are 100% a Chinese company that pretends to be an American one and does nothing but scam people.

I should’ve looked for reviews on this company. The material is cheap and paper thin. DO NOT BUY very flimsy material, this is not heavy duty material. They only refund if item is defective. Don’t waste your money on this cheap cheap covers. You’ll regret the purchase

Order these products at your own risk. I ordered seat covers for a 2017 Honda CRV. They are nothing like what is pictured. The quality is subpar and cheap. One use and they will fall apart. Had I read their return policy, I'd never have ordered them. They will not allow you to return a product unless it is defective, and they work real hard to discount this. They also refuse to acknowledge that their sales are a scam. One you order, you're stuck with it.

Not USA!Don't be fooled by the name! I ordered front and back floor mats. Immediately upon installation (you can't just throw them in like the video in the ad), I could see they didn't fit or sit correctly. I notified the company via email and stated this. Back and forth, back and forth via email. Sent pictures and videos. They reply only overnight since I am probably conversing with someone in China. They offered me 5% back.

I agree with Jesse Hartman I had the same exact experience and they are unwilling to help. Customer satisfaction is not their thing. They gave me a slap in the face and offered a whopping 5% refund about $14.00 and 10% off my next order. I can guarantee there will not be another order with them. Here is there excuse copied from their email to me today.
