Gave me wrong color and wont honor exchange

Trash 🗑️ I ordered from here Honda piolet 2024 they did not fit my car asked for refund and they stated I can only get 16%back i paid$170 how is that fair ?

Horrible material! They are simply cheap and awful. Custom service doesn’t respond. Credit card charge in process of being disputed! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Poor fit. Looks cheap. Not the quality and fit described in their video. No clips for installation. I got gummy tape strips unsuitable and damaging to the underneath original carpet I was trying to protect. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you WANT to waste your hard earned money and damage your cars carpet.

Well to start off this product is subpar!

I tried to return but they would not allow me to, I’m not happy at all!
Trying to deal with customer service is a joke, the offered to give me a 5% return and them 10% off my next purchase.. I'm not buying a damn thing from them!
I have these just sitting in my garage in the junk pile. I purchased new one from Tuxmat and I couldn't be more happy. They did cost more but I'm 100% happy with this purchase!

For these to be custom made you didn't do a very good job they look nothing like your ad they don't fit at all very very unsatisfied with product only wish I had read the reviews before ordering completely false advertizing and they're to big and don't line up sides are two wide,go over the gas pedal and the place for the phone unuseable I will never purchase ANYTHING from your company again posting this review on Facebook and any else on line that I hope people will read

I'm really delighted with the one-series coupe coverings that the US SEAT COVER company created for me. My customized desing usa included just as I had requested, and the final product fit and quality were excellent. Outstanding covers that look to have been retrimmed. I was rather impressed with the whole event

I recently put my new seat covers and couldn't be happier! Us seat cover company produces an excellent product that is also a pleasure to work with!

While I believe the seat covers from USA Seat Covers is a relatively good product, the customer service I received was as horrible as it gets. I received a faulty product and have been unable to return or replace the product, because I didn't film myself opening the box, didn't take a picture of the shipping label, etc. I would highly recommend not dealing with this manufacturer!

Normally I don’t do reviews but I felt the need to warn people when and if they encounter a horrible product. I ordered floor mats for my car and was utterly disappointed with their product. They advertise that the product is heavy duty, it’s anything but that the item is flimsy, paper thin and poorly made. I would not waste my money on anything they advertise, I emailed them immediately after finally receiving the product and I have been lied to about getting a 50% refund. They claim to say they were going to work with me to resolve the problem and here I am several months later still disputing through PayPal to get my money back and they can totally have this horrible product back.

I ordered a fullset of seats cover. What they send to me it does not fit my 2024 GMC Sierra truck. I provided pictures and explain that it does not fit. After many email back and forth. I just dispute it with my bank. This company is horrible. I don't want to keep something that does not fit. I ask for a full refunds and a prepaid label so I can send it back. They refused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

This company MISLEADS purchaser's! I ordered 2 sets of floor mats in April. First, this product ships out of China NOT THE USA! Second, what they show in their advertisement ISN'T what you get!!! I have tried so many times to call and the phone is ALWAYS BUSY!!! I have sent several emails and No One has responded to my request to CANCEL & Refund my money!!! I'm in the process of making a claim against them with my credit card company! BUYERS BEWARE, These floor mats are NOTHING LIKE THEY SHOW in their advertisement!!!

I'm a customer from England .after watching the sales video i was impressed i ordered the blue diamond stitch full foor mats that cover the sides as well fro t and tear .£136 in sterling $ 167 in dollars.
What I received was nothing like the video I ordered from
It's a loy of .money to be conned out of hard earned money .
No mention of a refund.
So be warned another company ripping people off

My seat coverings have been with me for a little over a year, and I'm still in love with them. They still have an amazing appearance. The staff provided excellent assistance, and despite our email-only communication, I found them to be approachable and competent. Without a doubt, I will use them once more and would suggest them to others. I can't see not utilizing them in the future if my family or I require car seat coverings. I'm actually going to check out their website right now to see if I can get my spouse something for Christmas!

This company sucks
Do not buy the cheap seat covers
They will charge your cc and doubt you actually get them any anyway
Can't believe they are in business
If you buy from this co you will be sorry

I am glad I didn't order seat covers only steering wheel cover. Still have not received it. We will see, next time I will do more research. Just because it says USA and contact information is in Colorado. I am tired of scammers!
Update: I did receive my steering wheel cover. It came as described and fits well.

I have order floor mats for my car and haven't received them yet and now I can't find my tracking number but I got my bank statement where they took my money out . So I will dispute it if they don't return my email message. I think it is a scam . Don't order from them
