The name "USA" is a scam. Ordered dashmat for Ford Mustang and received an item that is 3-4 too long and does not fit vehicle. USA Customer Support first offered a 10% discount. So what? Is that supposed to help correct for an item that does not fit and is of no use. Their response was "maybe you can resell it to someone else". Really? Stay far away from this company!!!!

What garbage, instructions are a joke not very conclusive. I have plastic discs and metal hooks and extra pieces with velcro on them that I have no idea what to do with. I will never order off facebook again without checking the products web site and checking their reviews. Even if everything made sense, they are still way to big for my seats. JUST JUNK!!!!!

I wish I had seen the reviews before buying. This product is absolute rubbish They are so bad I will not have them in my car They are Nothing like the advert .Really terrible fit and even worse material. They are the usual cheap Chinese C##P I tried to get a refund but not even paypal will help. So I hope you get to read the reviews. Stay away from this company

Terrible company. Would not refund an unopened purchase. The mats were thin and flimsy. My high heels would rip thru in one use. BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!!!

Everyone on this review is completely ACCURATE!!! No returns, very cheap material. Looks NOTHING like the advertised video. Black looks like a faded grey and they come folded up in a little square and the creases are so bad,because the material is so cheap, that they will never come out. NOT made in the USA shipped from China. Phone number on website says they are in Colorado they are NOT it’s a New Jersey number and you can tell it’s not a number anyone ever answers! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! THIS PRODUCT IS COMPLETE CHEAP ASS PIECE OF JUNK!!!

Guys!!! Please don’t ever buy this products, not good quality as you look on media.. request for few times refund but answer is NO.. as you guys know on your media look very stunning for that’s why we are happy to pay for.. when receiving it.. look terrible and quantity look like fake, unreal, cheap quality.. so super disappointed.

There is no return. The product is not like the pictures. Avoid this company at all cost.

They are a scam I order for my steering wheel and never got my product going back and forth with the delivery people spoke with someone to me was a AI and told me do to the address I provided was wrong they couldn’t deliver it when I get Amazon and all my packages I order. They told me I will have to pay $10 to redeliver they not getting anything but the BBB and my bank will refund my money.. crooks

The product they sent me fits like crap. I bought 2 sets of mats by mistake thought it was right and left. Been sending countles emails for a refund they always refuse.

I agree with exactly what's being said. Mats are super cheap and don't even fit my vehicle. Terrible quality. I'm just starting the process of trying to return them but sounds like it will be a nightmare. RUN!!! That's my advice!

Purchased for my 2024 Kia. Rear mats would not fit properly. After working with customer service they claimed, "It may be due to some measurement in a 3D scanning machine, it did not fit as expected." Instead of offering me to return the rear mats and refunding the difference in price, they offered me a 10% refund and 10% off my next order. In my case, the rear mats costs me an additional $60 dollars and a 10% refund only comes to $16.09. Cannot recommend this company.

This company advertised and showed pictures of custom made floor mats that were supposed to be specifically for my vehicle, with my vehicle logo on them. What they sent were thin, poor quality universal mats without the logo. The logo is what had appealed to me and what prompted me to purchase them. They now say that they stopped putting the logo on them because people didn't like it. Although the mats are unused and still in the original packaging they are refusing to accept my return. It was a " bait and switch "

I ordered custom fit floor mats for 2 completely different vehicles.
I was asked specific details about my car and suv.
What was delivered were 2 identical universal sets.
I have tried for several months and the company is still fighting my return !

These are the thinnest mats I have ever seen! I tried returning them and I was told they want pictures....I can't send them a picture of a piece of garbage. Standard floor mats from Walmart are better than these! The front and back mats together weigh about two pounds and they came folded in a small bag! When you step on them, they don't adhere to the carpet-they slide across and don't stay in place! Might as well use a piece of carpet. I'm sure a review like this is small potatoes to the company but I couldn't, in good conscience, sell these if I were a salesman for the company. Please stay away!

I was very specific before ordering their product that I needed seat covers for a 1997 Jeep Wrangler that has ONE-PIECE SEAT BACKS (the headrest is incorporated into the seat back) They sent 2-piece backrest (headrest separate) I attempted to make contact immediately upon receipt and they said I should "try to sell them to a friend"!!!! If I returned them to the source they would credit me $30!!!! of my $181 purchase price. The only way I got satisfaction was thru my bank VISA division who eventually got my money bank. THE GUY SELLING AND ADVERTISING ONLINE IS A CROOK!!!!!
A few days after I was credited, some guy representing himself as USA SEAT COVERS called me wanting to know why I returned his product. Too late dude!

Stay away from this company. They sell items you cannot see prior to buying and then if you are not pleased with what you order, they will not allow you to return the item. A ridiculous policy. I am stuck with garbage floor mats that cost me over $100.

Product does not fit at all. Also when I contacted the company all they could offer was 10% refund. Run from this company. Product doesn’t even match pictures online.

I would advise anybody ordering car mats from this company they straight up suck their customer service sucks and a product sucks they don't even fit your vehicle bad experience worse than ever had dealing with an online company
