There are no instructions on installing the seat covers?????

These people are nothing but scam artist. I’ve been trying for months to get my money back on some thing I’ve sent back. They say it’s been delivered back to me. Their product is not good quality either. Do not buy from this company.

This company should be shut down by the Better Business Bureau. The product is clearly mass produced and not for specific cars as they lead you to believe. After receiving my order of 2 front seat floor covers and struggling to install - I received a series of emails telling me I was installing the product wrong and I needed to prove in photos that it didn’t fit. When I sent pics I was told they were too poor quality to see if I was doing it correctly!!! I would very much like to see this company held accountable to the customers they rip off. I asked to be connected to a manager and that didn’t happen.

Terrible quality and they won’t do a return!! Do not buy these they are heap and won’t lay flat when you receive them.

The floor covers appeared in a Facebook Reels advertisement. The product appeared to be of high quality in the AD. I ordered front and rear floor covers for my RAM 1500 crew cab truck. The product that arrived was in a small bag and contained a dreadfully inferior product that did not fit correctly and cheaply manufactured. I was embarrassed to leave in the truck and so I contacted the company and requested a refund. The Chinese based company asked for pictures which I was happy to provide. The company offered me a 10% rebate instead. I advised the company that a 10% rebate was unacceptable and that I would write an accurate account of the transaction instead.

I ordered a set of the floor mats that are advertised on Facebook.They cost $109.00 and when I received them they were NOTHING like was advertised.I called customer service and was told that I must take pictures to send to them and then they would accept the return.I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO SEE'S THE ADD,DO NOT BUY THEM.THEY'RE JUNK.

The floor covers that were advertised we no where near the quality that I recieved.
I specifically made sure that that price was for front and back floor mats for the $109 advrtised and made sure to click the appropriate choice, but upon receiving the confirmation, it showed only the front 2 for $109. When I complained they said my receipt shows 2 at $109. I have had to send photos, I am told I can receive 100% refund if I pay to ship them back to China. Of course that will likely cost me as much as what I paid foe the mats in the first place, which is what they are counting on. And even if I did, I would have no proof that they received it giving them the chance to claim they never received it therefore no money returned. I

I ordered a seat cover for a 2017 Cadillac xt5 and they sent a 2 pieces flat vinyl that I don’t know what to do with it. Try to call and sent two emails with no answer. It’s like a scam taking away 237$ from me.

I submitted my car’s name for customization, but I received a generic, universal floor mat instead. After weeks of emailing their customer service, they refused to replace the mat, despite my repeated requests and threats to contact my bank for a refund. Eventually, they gave me a return address without any assurance that I would get my refund.
To make matters worse, the return address isn’t even in the USA—it's in Thailand. They are dishonest, use deceptive practices, and offer terrible customer service." I also told them that Lexus requires the Mat to be secure to prevent it from moving.

Received the dash cover to my 2024 Subaru outback today and its an absolute joke!!!
Nothing like a tailored fit and the quality is abysmal
Threw it in the bin , not even going to fight it with them, my recompense will be telling others not to waste their time and money with this supplier

I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH....The Ads are misleading and the pictures. These mats are NOT heavy duty more like blankets...they show multilayer mats ans i just the one thin one. DO NOT BUY!!!

This is the most difficult company to do business with. Their customer service is the worst that I have ever had to deal with. No phone number is available to contact a real person.

They sent me seat covers that do not fit either of the trucks I ordered them for. Whined and lied to pay pal and credit card company. Totally dishonest crooked company. Don’t waste your time or money

WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I BOUGHT SOME FLOOR MATS FROM THE COMPANY THAT DID NOT RESEMBLE IN QUALITY OR APPEARANCE WHAT ORDERED. I ORDERED WITH PAYPAL AND THE COMPANY TOLD ME TO RETURN IT TO AN ADDRESS IN SINGAPORE. WHEN I WENT TO RETURN THE 182.00 FLOOR MATS, THE CHEAPEST SHIPPING WAS 159.00 NOT INCLUDING UNFORSEEN CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES. SO BASICALLY I WOULD OF BEEN OUT OF MATS AND ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY I PURCHASED THEM FOR OR MORE. I AM IN CLAIMS AND DISPUTES AS WE SPEAK BECAUSE THE GUY AT PAYPAL LIED, SAYING THE CASE WAS RULED IN MY FAVOR WHEN IT WASN'T.

USA seat covers, this company talks about their 100% customer money back satisfaction guarantee but after going back and forth with them for several letters the last few weeks I can certainly advise anyone to stay away from their lies! I ordered just a few weeks ago seat covers and floor mats for my 2003 Silverado 1500 truck. My seat covers don't have a 100% color match for the interior of my truck! Because USA Seat covers don't ask for a vin number that could properly color match my truck the grey in their material doesn't match my color, so I am asking for a full refund, and they are telling me that my request doesn't match their policy because it's not defective, FRAUDS! If a customer is not happy for a valid and logical reason they should take the product back, hell I left the product still wrapped in the vacuumed pack wrapping but could obviously see that there was a color mismatch which is hard to see on their non detailed photos. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A FRAUD AND WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR VALID RETURN EXCUSE BUT MUNIPULATE THEIR NARRITVE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY! I'm GOING TO FIGHT THEM! I got floor mats for my Mercedes gls and it’s not goes fit in my truck and I tried to ask them for return shipping label to get my refund but they not sending me return shipping label and said I have to pay for return shipping this company steals money from your pocket they show you just nice pictures of stuff but send you worst stuff and service is worst too. If any one want to order anything to this company please don’t order to this company it’s my request to all customers .

I ordered a set of seat covers for my jeep Trailhawk, which is a common Jeep brand. I thought I was ordering What was being displayed on their website as the main ad but it was the wrong one when I received it…..it was very rippled on the sides which would mean dirt would get down in underneath the car mats. I was very disappointed in the quality and I contacted the company and told them I wanted to exchange them for a better quality and the one that was the main display on their webpage. They were no help and said that’s what I ordered and too bad. They wanted to give me a 20% discount if I ordered a new set which would’ve made the car mats almost $400, which is ridiculous. I would suggest not buying these floor mats and find a company that has higher quality and better customer service…. they get a ZERO for customer service.

Got some floor mats from my jeep that looked great online, what they sent me didn’t even come close to fitting into the spot where they belonged, nor were they wide enough to go from the door to the console, not to mention the color, if that was gray, I’m a pink elephant. Total garbage, and in order to get my money back, they told me I had to ship them back to Taiwan for a full refund. The company is located here in the states.
