Does anyone know how to start a class action lawsuit suit against these arse holes? I haven’t even received mine yet and it has been a good month. I can’t find a purchase order and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. When I dial the number it automatically hangs up 🤬😡

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CLAIM TO GIVE ONE REFUND. NOT TRUE. COVERS DONT FIT, PAID $281.00, THEY OFFER US 20% OF OUR MONEY ! JOKE..

It is scam company. Merchandise doesn't fit, returns are impossible. low quality. Not made in the USA

I ordered front and back seat covers for a 2017 Dodge RAM 1500. The front seats are nice but the back seats are not the correct size for my vehicle. I sent them pics of the item that was sent to me showing it was the incorrect back seat covers and this is the reply I received,(below) 10% refund and 20% voucher on next order and that I could give the incorrect back seat covers to a friend. What a joke. Do not do business with this company. They do not honor their return policy, unsure they even have one. I have read other reviews dealing with the back seat cover issues. Nothing but a scam.

Not American Made! I got fooled. I’m such an idiot! Should have paid attention. Received order. Nothing like picture on website. Sides and stitching all wrong. Big regret. Delivery took forever. Don’t have the courage to go through the hassle of returning and maybe not even getting my money back. I need to pay more attention and read reviews!!

If I could give this company a lower rating I would, products are a joke ,,they aren't American made come from china,,don't look like anything I ordered. Scammers,,don't order from this company,,170.00 for shit plastic

Recomiendo no compren a esta compañía, son ladrones, estafadores , si compras algo de ellos y si no te gusta y lo quieres devolver como toda compañía que acepta la devolución. Ellos no acepta no quieren que la devuelvas se quedan con tu dinero. Por más que insistas la de volucion ellos no acepta y se quedan con tu dinero. Por eso son estafadores, ladrones, etc. Etc. No compren nada por su material son malos y varados y cobran carisimo.

If I could give a lower rating it would be 0 stars and below. This drop shipper and company will scam you. After a month of waiting I received my seat covers and they weren’t even what I ordered. After some extensive emails they finally admitted that they sent the wrong ones but refused a refund. After arguing with Alex he said that they would only refund 30 % of my $280 and that I could keep the seats a sale them to someone else. I sent several more emails demanding my full refund and a prepaid shipping label to send this crap back. Alex responded saying that the company would agree to a 40% refund and that if I sent them back at my expense they would consider a full refund but that it would be very very expensive for me to ship them back and it would cost me a lot of money. This is a scam company. I will be getting my money back anyway, but it will take filling a claim against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, (GLOBAL), or SHIPPER ALEX.

It took for weeks for this product to get me. The product looked absolutely nothing at all like the infomercial they made absolutely cheap material and now I can’t reach anybody to get my money back, but I’m not done trying yet.

This is Company is doggy as hell, do not buy from they sent me none fiiting car floor covers , so called made to fit my car which didn't fit and they refused me a refund even after getting paypal involved. such shame please don't buy from these crooks

I ordered the floor covers for the front and back specific to Honda..like they advertised. I received the floor covers but NOTHING THAT SAID HONDA. There were no mats included with it and no side panel with Honda either. When I sent an email to return and refund my money, I never got a response. They should be arrested for false advertisements and taking consmers' money!

Very poorly made. The back seat covers don’t fit as I have a xk coupe. Told them of this. Very loose stitching hanging everywhere. Absolutely no chance of getting a refund. USA made but from china. Avoid at all costs.

When i opened the box, the product was wrinkled and cheap quality. I told them i need a refund. They had the audacity to offer me a 5% percent refund if i were to return the item and told me to wait for the wrinkles to settle. Then the mat was getting loose and coming in between my brake pedal. A literal safety hazard. Then they said well send me a velcro that will solve the issue. WHICH THEY NEVER DID. They literally scammed me of $180 dollars.

It was suggested that we hire someone to install the seat covers since we are elderly and we’re not strong enough to install them. We hired an upholstery person to do just that. The seat covers won’t stay on. Your product is not as represented, I would not recommend them and would not buy again.

I ordered the floor mats for my suv and did not like the quality or the fit. I requested a refund and they said

When you read their refund policy it states nothing about only accepting damaged items. So this company does not stand by their word and I would not recommend purchasing any items from USA seat cover.

HORRIBLE. Cancel your card immediately and see if you can dispute the charge. This is a scam, you get trash in the mail. I should have done more research. They send confirmation order emails and everything. The phone number does not work. Not a genuine company. Wish there was a zero rating. Website needs to be blocked.

I had originally given a really good review, however after 18 months my seat covers that I paid $275 for are tearing and wearing away in the drivers seat. After contacting customer service, I was told that it was due to incorrect installation or misuse. I inquired how they came to that conclusion since I sent no pictures with my inquiry. They said they do not cover wear and tear. My covers came with a useless 3 year warranty that I paid extra for.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Sadly, I will have to order from a different company after I do more research obviously.
