Have not only gone above and beyond fulfilling every request for mine and my girlfriend's dream holiday but also at getting it at the best price possible. They have also been very honest about any extra costs or making alight alterations that will give us a better experience or better price. Can't wait for my 2025 holiday.

Recently booked a holiday to Orlando for Summer 2022. Spoke with Richard King and he was incredibly helpful. He made the process competley painless and even suggested ways of cutting down our costs, but still getting the most from all of our requirements. I did shop around but Richard was able to beat every quote I received, without pushing me to make a decision at all. Can't thank Richard enough and will definitely be using USA Direct again.

I have been looking for flights to Orlando for next year.
I found this company while looking. I filled in the online form for a quote and I didn’t have to wait too long before my phone rang. The call was from Alasdair Nadar who works for USA DIRECT.
Alasdair was very knowledgeable , polite and extremely helpful.
I told him what I was looking for .
In no time at all Alasdair was back on the phone with a great quote. I didn’t hesitate to book these seat as other quotes were all extortionate .
Our holiday was cancelled for last year , it was a celebratory one. It was our eldest grandsons 18 and his brother also turned 13 . Lastly it was to celebrate my husband and myself’s 60th Birthdays. Better late than never. That’s why it was so important that we get there next year.
This morning I got a call from Lee Davy who informed me that he had our electronic ticket . After going through everything they were forwarded to me. I have also had a call from Alasdair to see if I had any further questions and he thanked me for my booking.

Two massive thumbs up for William Jones great service and great advice for our Orlando holiday in Oct 22. He was full of knowledge and didn't push on any extras which was great.
