Went through several travel agents for our trip to my daughters wedding next year in Las Vegas. Nightmare until I found Alasdair from USA Direct who took all the worry and stress away. Exceptional five star treatment
Oh my word I’ve booked a lot of holidays throughout the years but I have to say never have I been looked after the way these guys have or to be more specific Lilly.
She has been an absolute star from start to end, nothing too much trouble and just kept control of my holiday for me. Ie emailing me today to ask if I’d changed my seats on the plane. I hadn’t of course and didn’t even know they had but Lilly did!
You can expect no more that what these guys do they are exceptional!

Never just a company by an issue but…
Never judge a company by an issue but more by how they resolve it as let’s face it problems in any role are an outcome of a computer or human error and not on purpose
Lilly sold us the deal originally and that was a very smooth transaction and Lilly achieved everything we wanted
When we had problems we were supported by John the general manager and Joshua and their efforts to support resolution were impeccable
This team seems to genuinely care about their customers and the products they sell, we will return to this team for holidays and would recommend

Great booking experience, not a great holiday experience.
I had nothing but a great experience with this company so far. Lilly answered every question we had very quickly and was even able to get us a few extra days away for same price :) We scheduled to go away to Orlando December 2022.
— Review update after completed Holiday —
For reference, our party was split in 2 parts with 5 of us travelling on 5th Dec and the rest joining us on the 17th December.
The first party travelling out had no issues, the flight was great and we arrived about 10/15mins late.
First issue we had occurred was when picking up the rental vehicles, we arrived into Orlando in Terminal C. Our rental car was with dollar, it turns out that Dollar was not currently operating from Terminal C and we had to get the train and walk a long way up to Terminal A/B to pickup and drop off our vehicles. (We understand this is something that USA Direct didn’t have information about but it worth noting as we had some older members in our party who cannot walk as far as they used to).
We choose a 5 bedroom Villa located in Windsor Hills Resort, the resort is lovely. The first thing we noticed is that the villa are very close together not giving a great amount of privacy in the pool areas.
Secondly, due to how close the pool area is to the next door villas. We can hear an very loud sound from next door pool heater basically stopping you from sitting outside at the patio table or having a relaxing sunbathe without ringing in your ears after periods of exposure. I like to say that we contacted USA Direct about the issue and they tried their very best to resolve the issue but nothing was done by the villa owners.
The noise which could be heard from next door would also come on during the quiet hours 11pm to 7am for 6 seconds which at night would wake the family members saying in the room nearest to it. This caused them to purchase and sleep in ear plugs at night to get a good night sleep.
The villa itself wasn’t the cleanest place, the blinds had a layer of dust on them and instead of cleaning them, they had been turned the other way.
Another issue happened during checkin of the second group at Manchester Airport, we had reserved seats to make the party was sat together, according to the aer lingus staff member at check in there were no seats booked. Lucky, the airline was able find some seats together for the party. I contacted Lilly at USA Direct to let them know what happened and they contacted Aer lingus which they confirmed seats were booked and made sure that the seats we booked for our return flights. We had no issues for our return flight home.
All of the issues above were caused by 3rd parties which USA Direct work with and Lilly at USA Direct tried their best to resolve them but when you paying a lot of money for a holiday, you expect a level of service and as our travel agency, I think that it’s their responsibility to make sure you have a hassle free holiday but I found myself emailing issues and being on hold with airlines on the holiday I should be relaxing at, therefore I cannot give them company the 5star review I give them at the beginning and must drop it down to 3stars.
I hope USA Direct can learn from the experiences we had in that villa and don't place anymore customers in that villa and keep an eye on dollar rent service to make sure their other customers are aware that they may need to go to a different terminal to pickup their vehicle if flying into Terminal C.

Just returned from our Florida holiday. Smooth booking process, best communication I’ve ever had from a company and all delivered as expected. Couple of minor issues in Florida that were outside the control of the company but a quick call and all sorted. We will be back for our next booking and totally recommend them

Brilliant Experience …
We booked to go to Orlando with USA direct over Christmas.
We booked with Will and Lee. They made the booking process so smooth and were in contact on a regular basis to ensure we had everything and we were ready to go.
Flights, car hire went so smoothly. When we arrived at the villa, it was in a bad way. I really didn’t want to spend my Christmas there. I reached out to John, the manager of USA direct and he couldn’t be more apologetic. He sorted it out straight away and moved us to such and incredible villa.
I would not hesitate to use USA Direct for my next trip to Florida.

Told him I had a budget of 1600 for a trip for 2 to New York. He done everything he could to get me everything I wanted right by times square. Great flight times / dates and right on my budget. He has also asked for little extras such as champagne on arrival etc, like a honeymoon as he knew we was getting married not long before even though we did not ask he went the extra mile to make us happy. Would definitely book again and 100% recommend. Thankyou again
