First time using usa direct , I was a bit worried because the last time I was in florida was some 28 years ago and did it through a travel agent , I didn't have to worry because everything we asked for was done , the villas we had were both A1and couldn't have asked for better , the flights we had were long but that was our choice flying via Germany which saved quite a bit of money , the car was top notch , so overall it all went very well , if and when I go back to the usa I will definitely use usa direct again..there was banter between John and me but had to be because of the footie team he supports. Mick woods...

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. I usually book our Orlando holiday online but this year I couldn't get a good price for our flights and car. Lilly King from this company gave me a quote that was much cheaper than I could find so I booked a holiday for 6 people. Lilly was so helpful and accommodating the different needs of our group... 2 of which wanted to stop in NYC for 3 nights on the way home.
Just last week, the airline cancelled all our flights. To say I was stressed is an understatement... but I needn't have worried. John and Joshua dealt with the situation for me. They sourced new flights that suited us perfectly at no extra cost. They kept me informed all of the time and nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot thank them enough. I went to USA Direct mainly because trying to sort out flights and hotels became a hassle. That's when I found USA Direct and I am so glad I did!
Lilly King deserves great credit as she was my point of contact. Every time I asked a query it was settled promptly and efficiently. On top of that my hotel and flights were brilliant!

We have been using usa direct (alasdair) for a good few years this time we done las Vegas (for our wedding) 5 nights in the new york new york and the we flew on to Hawaii for honeymoon 7 nights first time we flew with west jet . Very good flight's planes were good entertainment on board was good they kept us feed and watered. Will defo fly with westjet again we flew via Vancouver was not too bad overall very good Break as always will stick with usa direct. Family was all very impressed and happy.

My advisor from USA Direct was Lilly King and I would like to thank her for the personal and efficient way that she has arranged my family holiday to Florida next year.

She is very knowledgeable, gets back to you with answers very quickly and is very polite and friendly.

I am sure the holiday will be a great success and extremely enjoyable thanks to her.

Spent the last couple of weeks to-ing and fro-inh trying to get details right for a suprise trip next year for my hubby. Alasdair has been unwavering with all of my requests and specifications, he has clearly spent a lot of time ensuring we can fly with friends and that it gives us the best flights and time for the time we will be away. He is nothing but polite and prompt and although our trip is quite a way away I have no doubt USA direct and my go to man Alasdair will be as helpful in the time leading up to our trip. Couldnt recommend them enough.

It has been great to speak with Alasdair to organise and book our holiday. He is clearly very knowledgeable and is very helpful. Great service.

I booked to go to Las Vegas through USA direct during the pandemic, they were so helpful and seemed to really want to help me have the best holiday. Whilst on the phone we discussed what I wanted from a hotel and between us we came to the choice of MGM park. What a decision that was. The hotel is beautiful. It’s an immaculate hotel, the rooms are so lovely and spacious and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The hotel is none smoking which really is a breath of fresh air. It’s in a very convenient location to all the sites. I didn’t know what to expect but it exceeded all of my expectations.

A couple of weeks before we were leaving, we got a little travel package through through the post. This was a lovely touch.

If anyone is looking to book to go to the USA then I fully recommend this company. We have booked to go to Florida in October with them and I know this will be just as good experience. :-)

A Big shout out for USA Direct from Tom & Jean Kirk,the company honoured our deposit from 2021when we booked for a holiday to Florida's Gulf Coast but due to contracting Covid we had to cancel.
Our Sales rep for numerous holidays, Alasdair organised our holiday for 2023 very professional as usuall. So we are both looking forward to our next Holiday to Naples Fl.Thanks USA Direct and Oor man Alasdair !!

Just returned from 2 weeks in Florida. Firstly we had to change holiday dates for reasons beyond our control but they were great and sorted alternative villa and flights and didn't charge us. Lilly was amazing answering our million and one questions. Then our intended villa was sold so we had a change of accomodation 3 days before we flew (gather this is happening a lot at the mo with house prices at a premium) but they had sorted it and found us another villa which was nice and clean. We had a small issue whilst we were away but John was really helpful and prompt in assisting us. Things do go wrong sometimes but the true test of a company is how they respond and they get 5 stars from me.

Told last minute when stood at immigration that the villa we were going to was not available due to an air conditioning issue. Left in limbo for a week living out a suitcase waiting to move. When we called to complain that the villa we had been put in was not to the same standard, and had problems, they hung up on us. Then sent a smarmy email slagging us off. On the last day when we were an hour away from the villa, we got a message telling us to GET OUT NOW. They had not booked us in for the whole duration of our stay, and not told us to move the day before. I would not use again or recommend.

Thanks for your response USA-DIRECT. I stand by my review. You did hang up on us when we called, I don’t know if you did sent the text saying you had messed up again after 5 minutes, it certainly didn’t arrive with us in 5 minutes. I can confirm that is the villa we stayed at and the pictures are of the contents an decor, however the photos must be at least 10 years old and nothing has changed, and I was surprised to see all those towels and crockery. We were told on numerous occasions we would be moving to our original villa and it never happened, living out of suitcases and unable to stock the villa. You seem to expect us to thank you for messing us about. Again I wouldn’t recommend or use again, all your reviews seem to be about the booking process which my wife says was good. When things go wrong that’s when the poor customer service becomes an issue.

Thanks to Alasdair of USA Direct for putting together a bespoke package for us, a week in New York followed by a week in New Orleans. He stayed patient while we changed our minds on dates and hotel choices and even recommended we go a day earlier than planned to save £400 on flights.

What a painless, friendly, non invasive process!!!! I feel absolutely confident that LILLY sorted us a great deal and a fabulous holiday, we sadly had a family bereavement during this process and she was so kind and patient. Thank you LILLY, your a star!!!!!

I had an amazing experience with USA Direct. This is the third time I have booked through them. Alasdair was on call for all my questions with changes regarding Covid! As it has changed slightly. We were booked into a Villa, however it changed a week or so before we flew out. Alasdair went above and beyond, and secured me a “MINT” villa. This villa had a complex on site, so on our days off from the parks we had water slides etc on our doorstep! Plus the fantastic villa we had. The villa was 5*. I also left my Ipad at the villa . Alasdair put me in contact with the correct people and nothing was to much. I wouldn’t and won’t hesitate for my next America visit to book through USA Direct. Well done team and thank you for our amazing Villa! Amazing holiday and amazing communication throughout. Also, thanks for my IPad return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A big thank you to Alasdair at USA direct. He made booking a stag do to vegas for 10 people very easy as we have people coming from different countries and sorting our flights from the uk to everyone staying in the same hotel. Brilliant service.

I found this company on Google when researching pricing etc for an upcoming trip to Orlando. Left a message for a call back and basically never looked back. Alasdair returned my call and was amazing. Never batted an eyelid when I kept changing the goal post with dates/accommodation etc. Super helpful and lovely to deal with. Very knowledgeable about Orlando. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service and we have booked to go next year. Thank you Alasdair for getting us sorted 👍👏

A big shout out to Alasdair Nadar for his help with booking a trip to New York in September this year for my son's 18th. Having nearly lost the will to open another link browsing the web for a deal and not confident of what I was doing, it was a lifeline to cross paths with Alasdair at USA-Direct. Richard was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient. Price was also very competitive.

Alasdair was very attentive to my holiday request needs, remaining calm and helpful as I considered my options and varying destinations.
