What made my experience great was the fact that I had to do nothing. It was left to Mr Alastair Nada, he took the information needed, and cracked on, doing everything for us.

Booked my stag do to Vegas with USA Dorect. Alasdair was extremely helpful and got us a very competitive price. The whole way through the booking process he was responsive and efficient.

Most other companies seemed to struggle with what we were after, however Alasdair understood the task straight away, got us our suites that we wanted in the hotel we wanted.

Package flight and hotel booked which massively helps not having to pay for the flight amount upfront so it really helped get everyone confirmed and booked in which just a very reasonable deposit amount and then pay the rest over the next 6 months.

Huge thanks to Richard from start to finish. He got our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) a fantastic quote for our recent trip to Disney world, Orlando. My husband and I went to Florida for our honeymoon 13 years ago and we booked through Virgin so I automatically got a quote from them. I was surprised with how much prices had gone up so shopped around and USA direct came up with the best deal by far! I had a million and one questions as I initially thought it would be our one and only trip taking the children, and Lilly was absolutely amazing! We arrived back on Saturday and had the most perfect holiday! So much so that we have decided to book again for 2024!

Having decided to take my partner to Las Vegas in December i looked for a specialist USA travel agent and found USA direct. It was an inspired choice as Alasdair has been a joy to deal with and we cannot be more pleased with every aspect of our trip so 5* all the way.

We have been travelling to the USA for 40 years, several times a year in the last 20, and we have never had such excellent service. They went out of their way to look for the best deal and flight times which meant we had a less stressful journey. I'm so glad I found this company.

My partner and I are going to New York, booked with Alasdair Nadar, one of the USA-Direct team. I can’t praise him and his colleagues enough,we did have one issue ie flight change and they quickly resolved it there attention to detail and personal service is second to none. This was our first experience of using Usa-direct . After searching for the best prices for our itinery , this company listened to what we wanted and gave us advice and searched for us .
The price quoted was extremely good , the itinery exactly what we wanted .
They put up with quite a few e-mails and telephone calls from me , had massive patience and always came up with an answer or opinion for us .
After staying at the hotels they had reserved for us , we were amazed at the quality provided , we were so impressed .

We booked our Orlando holiday through USA direct last year for this October for six people .we dealt with Alastair nadir who was great talked us through everything at every stage from getting us the place we wanted to stay and flights that we wanted I would say the experience was excellent I would book through this company again thanks again Alastair

Alasdair has been an absolute dream to deal with over the last 10 months, nothing has been too much trouble and he has always been on hand to answer the many questions that I have had about our upcoming trip to New York. Hoping the holiday is a smooth as the booking process has been.
