We have just returned from Florida Monday and are already looking to book again with USA direct. We have been to Fl over 20+ times and have travelled with many companies, however Lilly was brilliant in sorting and booking the holiday for us and answering all of our (many) questions. We also dealt with John before we flew out who dealt with a villa upgrade to ensure we had the pool heat we needed for the kids. Overall great experience with USA Direct and I would recommend anyone looking for a holiday to use their services. The communication with them is great and fast response times.

We have just returned from a week in New York and I have to say that Richard has been brilliant. I have phoned him a few times and each time, he has been patient and very helpful. We had our first hotel cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, but were quickly given an upgrade to a better hotel, which turned out very well. The holiday was an unqualified success and the seats on the plane were very well chosen by Richard. A great experience from start to finish so thanks a million Richard. Should anyone ask us , we will highly recommend this company and Richard in particular

Having returned from Florida I just wanted to thank USA Direct and Lilly in particular. She was more than helpful and professional in obtaining the best price possible. 6 bedroom villa, flights, car and all the theme park tickets included. We never experienced any problems throughout our stay. We had a great time and would have no hesitation in booking with this company again. Thanks once more Lilly.

Called this company spoke to a great guy called Richard. Told him what id like when id like and flight times that would suit me. Richard came back to me within 10 mins. Found me the best deal to take my daughter to New York. It was all booked within 10 mins. Very helpful man wonderful service. Thankyou Richard

We had an amazing time and managed to do most of the experiences we wanted to do
Both the Hotel Edison and the Airline Jet Blue were amazing
And Alasdair from USA Direct was very helpful in assisting with our booking

alasdair has been our travel agent for many years his expertise is incredable i wouldnt go anywhere else i highly recomend that you go and see what he has to offer as we have never had a bad deal off him yet he goes to exteme lenghts to get the holiday that you dreamed of and at a great price

Richard has been absolutely brilliant in helping us navigate our trip of a lifetime to Orlando. The responses have been timely and he has been patient enough to answer my 7865 questions on the trip. The whole holiday has been arranged with no stress, honest conversations, and at the best price! We’ve not had the trip yet so can’t vouch for the content but Johns service and response times and general helpfulness have been first class. Well above the norm in my experiences with similar services. Highly recommend.

After reading so many good reviews about USA direct we thought we would try them for our holiday to Florida and Richard has been superb dealt with everything and at such a great price too which no other company could beat or even match will definitely use them for future holidays and highly recommend

I cannot praise Lilly at USA Direct enough for helping us organise a fantastic holiday to Las Vegas for 6 of us to enjoy anything asked was always answered and promptly she was fantastic I'm so glad we used Lilly and them to book will definitely book with them again they are the best

Just finalised my family holiday to Orlando and have to say Alasdair has been brilliant! He found a lovely villa for us all, Fantastic communication, nothing too much trouble, I felt in safe hands from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend Alasdair to anyone planning a holiday anywhere and if we plan another holiday I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Alasdair!

We have just returned from our 3 week holiday to florida, Our advisor Lilly Was excellent from start to finish sorting flights and seating us all together. We were visiting family but wanted a few days away on our own and Lilly sorted a trip to Clearwater a lovely hotel with a high sea view room. Excellent service so much so i am in contact with her to sort our next trip to Florida in October. Thanks again Lilly.

Well what can I say. I’ve had excellent service from Alasdair right from the start! Through my own fault we hadn’t taken out holiday insurance and unexpectedly my husband had an op which prevented us from taking this holiday to New York in December . Alasdair never gave up on us and rebooked the flights and hotel( after a lot of talking between us) ! In fact I think we have become firm friends due to our almost daily contact ! Thank you Alasdair for going the extra mile and all your help throughout and a very big thanks to USA Direct too ♥️

Service was second to none, we required to add an extra place to our booking over the Christmas period and John went the extra mile to help us out.

We booked with USA direct ( Richard) many months ago now. Due to scheduling changes we were offered different connecting flights to our holiday in Orlando 2023. The actually benefited us and Richard did everything in his power to make sure the process went well, including booking our (large) party seats altogether on the flights! I wanted to change a surname too which was so quick and simple. Every process has been so simple, couldn’t be happier!

Abandoned us when Hurricane Ian hit, when we asked for help they argued with us, refused point blank to help and a senior member of staff hung up on us. Refused to share their policy on duty of care to customers. Hid behind force de majoure, even though the hurricane was tracked and they were aware of the consequences they insisted they didn’t need to help. Absolutely rubbish company and I would advise anyone thinking of booking through them don,t.

Worst holiday company to book with they take your money then wen your out in Orlando they don't care double book your holiday villa your in and new before we flew out but left it till 10 days why we was out there and the attitude off the manager stinks plz don't book with this company they are a rip off
