Just come back from an amazing holiday, the Villa we stayed in was lovely, suited our needs perfectly as we were having a large family holiday. The complex facilities with the pool and lazy river and slides was great for those days when we weren’t doing the parks. This company were great for the initial booking, helping us find the right property and reassuring us about any problems that might have cropped up with the hurricane( thankfully, none!) if there was any negatives I’d say it was the actual owner wanting to charge us $75 to use the barbecue!! As if!! But I’d definitely recommend this company if I was returning for a holiday in the USA and particular thanks to John who was extremely friendly and helpful

Back in 2021 we took a gamble on booking our next Family holiday to Florida with a brand new company, USA Direct.

After missing a trip in 2021 due to the pandemic, we wanted to make up for a missed holiday and decided we wanted to go for three weeks instead of the usual two.

We wanted a big villa with a full size pool, on a nice resort. A resort with plenty of amenities, and we needed a car for the duration.

I put my details into the USA Direct "request a quote" page, and that was that.

Shortly after I was contacted by Lilly. Lilly who turned out to be hands down the best travel rep we've ever had.

I was given multiple options that fit within our budget and needs, and before we knew it, we were booked for three weeks in August 2023!

We had two years before we actually went on the trip, but being so eager/excited, I constantly bombarded Lilly with questions and queries, of which she was always quick to reply, and always helpful.

Our original booking had us on indirect flights to save us some money, and we were very happy with this, but later on, Lilly let me know we'd been moved to direct flights at no extra cost! To say we were happy with this was an understatement!

As the time passed, we paid the balance and soon it was time to go.

We were contacted shortly before our departure date with final details on accommodation, car rental info etc, and after a flight upgrade, we were also offered a villa upgrade too!

A 7 bed villa on the new Solara resort in Kissimmee! It looked amazing, and we jumped at the chance!

For a new company to go above and beyond to get us not one, but two upgrades was a dream, but what impressed me most about USA Direct was yet to come.

We flew from Manchester to MCO with Aer Lingus. A fantastic flight.

Collected our car from the shiny new Terminal C at MCO and made our way to the villa.

Upon arrival to the villa, we had a couple of pretty big issues to arrive to. Not the ideal start, and being that it was around 10pm in the USA, that meant it was 3am back at home.

I fired off a few emails to USA Direct about our problems expecting to hear from them in the morning, as it was 3am back at home by this time... but no, John replied to me IMMEDIATELY and set about sorting our problems with the management company straight away. At 3am in the morning!

All of the issues were completely out of USA Directs hands, but that didn't stop John getting straight onto the task of sorting them out.

We had maintenance out that very night to correct a major issue (a broken lock on the door), and the rest of the more cosmetic/minor issues were all fixed to our full satisfaction the very next morning.

Utterly amazing from start to finish.

It's easy to write a glowing review of a company when nothing goes wrong, but when there are problems, how they respond to these issues, that's when you know if you've made the right choice or not in giving someone your custom.

And USA Direct couldn't have responded better.

Impeccable service, from what will now be our go to for future trips to the USA.

Lilly and John both played a huge role in making our three weeks in Florida a dream, and as I type this review, feeling the holiday blues, I'm already looking at where, and when we can next book a trip!

If you're unsure about booking with USA Direct, believe me, don't hesitate. They will give you a dream holiday, and all you need to do is sit back and enjoy it.

USA Direct now have a customer for life!

Just got back from a wonderful 3 week holiday in Florida can't praise this company enough. The villa, car hire & flights were well organised , thank you so much to Richard & John for their work, nothing was too much trouble and any query was sorted asap. We would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I was dubious at first to use them as I had never heard of them. So glad we booked our Florida holiday through them. Lilly was fantastic in making all the arrangements and has the patience of a saint as we asked lots of questions! The week before we were due to fly there was an issue with the villa which was quickly sorted and we were upgraded on the villa. I would definitely highly recommend anyone looking for a holiday in America to use USA Direct and Lilly. You will not be sorry!

Just returned from 3 weeks in Orlando. The holiday was booked almost 2 years ago, but John and his team kept me fully informed during all the stages upto the holiday. There were a few changes from the original booking, which John made it easy. Due to no fault of the team over in the UK, the villa was changed upgraded to a larger accommodation bigger pool, games room and cut 20 minutes off the travel time to the parks. Thanks again to John and his team.

Richard, our agent was absolutely brilliant in getting us the deal we wanted and kept us informed through booking right up until our departure. The whole process from start to finish was smooth.
I have travelled to Florida 5 times previous to this trip and usually book everything myself but using a agency lile USA direct makes the process so much easier. Will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

Lilly quoted us..made many amendments..never too much trouble. Adding more guests.. park tickets..securing a good deal on our car as the prices were going up
Always answered the phone ..no matter what day of the week ..took.payments monthly so i could spread the cost
Then a week before all our documents came through
This is when.. wow!!..john is amazing..
He has upgraded us to a property beyond our wildest dreams..I am still.pinching myself. Its not just any upgrade..its a super upgrade

We had been impressed by the service.
I am in tears at the kindness and generosity..and can't believe we get to stay in this amazing property .

Just back from a family holiday in Florida ,we were looking to go with our local travel agent , but when I spoke to Lilly at USA - direct she knew wot we were looking for and delivered and more . She picked an amazing villa for us at champions gate spacious spotless and of course kids loved the pool . We had to rent a 7 seater and Lilly came back to us with a suv that suited our needs . Again Lilly got all the park tickets all done for us as well . All we had to do was enjoy the holiday . Thanks Lilly for ur knowledge and for making lovely memories for our family

Booked my family holiday to Florida with Richard and from start to finish he was an absolute star. Made a few changes throughout the booking which were dealt with swiftly without fuss and efficiently. I've recommended Richard and USA Direct to a number of family and friends who frequently visit the states and will happily use Richard/USA Direct again in the future.

I booked a villa holiday to florida with lily in November she was super helpful and Knowledgeable and put up with my constant ‘ can you just …’ we wre all set for our hola when unfortunately i has to go into hospital for an operation and needed to change the dates quickly to secure a flight. John was great really responsive and helpful and got us a great deal on new accommodation very happy 😃

We booked a holiday to Vegas with Lilly as it was our first time going there. I had lots of questions and Lilly answered all of them. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I highly recommend using this company. In fact I’m just about to book with them again!

Richard is as very helpful and efficient. Quickly responding to any questions and very easy booking process.

Be warned! Great at sales but have absolutely no after sales customer service skills at all! I strongly believe we were miss sold our holiday. We would never use or recommend this company. I was emailed 4 days before departure( no courtesy telephone call) to let us know of a change from a brand new villa to one that was disgustingly dirty and old in a completely different area of Florida! Videos were emailed whilst we were there and we were just ignored. On retuning home I have emailed many times and they are just ignoring us. Be warned!! Do your homework and look into the company back ground! I wish had!! If something is cheaper or seems too good to be true then it probably is.

We would never use this company ever again. In our opinion they sold us a holiday that was not even available just to reel us in! Then emailed 4 days before departure( no courtesy telephone call) to let us know of a change from a brand new villa to one that was disgustingly dirty and old in a completely different area of Florida! Yes they did offer a full refund as they clearly acknowledged they where in the wrong, but how could we tell 7 kids that they where no longer going to their once in a lifetime holiday!! AND THEY KNEW THAT!! We have complained and never received a reply! So be warned!!!
