Booked my holiday for november 2022 with ease with this company. Will was extremely helpful and patient with me whilst i worked out everything i wanted from my 3 week family holiday, and offered ideas and tips to assist me when booking. Very knowledgable.
Small hiccup with their new computer system but was soon resolved. Always received a response on the same day of my email query. Would 100% reccomend. Thanks Will for all your continued help.

This is the first time I have booked a holiday with a different travel company as I usually go direct to Tui. As they did not have what we needed, I decided to look elsewhere.
I registered my details for a quote and then dealt with Richard from start to finish. He has been so patient, friendly and helpful in assisting us with booking our dream holiday to Florida. Richard answered all our questions (and we had a few) and helped book our perfect trip. Our specific accommodation needs have been met and with flights and car hire also included we have a fab trip booked at a great price. There was no pressure to book and I was amazed at how straightforward the whole process was.
We have paid our deposit and still Richard continues to answer any questions I have promptly.

I have just booked a holiday with Will and I felt compelled to come and write a review and highlight what an asset he is to USA Direct! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Will has such a professional manner yet is very down to earth and makes you feel at complete ease, as though it's just a friend you are chatting with.
Throughout the booking process I was extremely indecisive about what would be the best accommodation and duration for our trip. Will was so patient and always gave me more helpful information than I had asked for, including his own experiences which was ever so helpful when you're a first timer booking Florida.

I enquired about a holiday and received a quote from Lilly shortly after. I had my flights already from a cancelled booking from last year and with no fuss Lilly changed the quote quickly and found us the most stunning villa. Very happy with service

Was looking to book a family Disney Orlando holiday in May 2023. I wanted to look at all options which resulted in us changing dates, time of the year, location and even the party size. The added complication turned out to be that my eldest granddaughter will be doing GCSEs in May 2023.
I got quotes from three companies initially but quickly realised that Will at America Direct was the person I most wanted to deal with and book a holiday with.
He was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and responded so quickly to my numerous requests for different options. He also got me the cheapest deal.
He had the patience of a saint !
Finally settled on an October 2022 holiday. I would highly recommend this company and would like to thank Will in particular.
