Would give a zero stars if I had the option. After much haggling over the condition of my phone, I accepted their offer in early June 2026 and still waiting for payment. Lots of ‘please be patient with us, we’re experiencing a high demand currently’ nonsense. I received an email today saying I won’t get a payment until April 2027!!!!! What a joke. And they are also refusing to return my phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

And you’ll notice, reading the reviews, all the 5* reviews are from people happy with the stolen phones they’ve purchased from this scam company!

The worst company i've ever used. Legalised scammers.

Its taken them 5 months and a small courts claim for me to get my money that they robbed me of when i sent them my iPhone 14 Pro.

I received multiple emails and called them more than 5 times asking where my money is and they say the same thing. It will be with me in a week. The customer service are useless and just feed you lie upon lie.

They said they would give me £300 and then drop it down to £140 which is a disgrace in itself and then take 5 months to give me the money. If i didnt pay £30 to the small claims then I still wouldnt have my money and didnt even get the full amount because of what I spent on the claim.

I dont know how you could work for a company like this they should be ashamed of themselves, im not sure how they could sleep at night knowing theres people just trying to make ends meet and they're not doing a thing to help, making them go around in circles. Lets hope i dont see them around :)

I would strongly recommend anyone who has not been paid go to Small claims court- I’ve done it today online it’s so easy to do so please use this service!!!!!!!

These people are crooks do not let them get away with it there hoping your give up don’t do a claim!!!!!

Highly discourage anyone from using this company to buy or sell devices. I sent my phone to them on 2 June under an agreement that I would be paid within 7 to 14 working days. Instead, they continually delayed the payment timeframe to 14–30 working days, and now they are claiming they will not pay until May 2027. This is completely unacceptable. Please be aware and avoid this company—it is a scam.

Absolutely shocking behavior. UR received and completed testing on my phone on 12 June. Under their own terms, I should have been paid by July. I am owed £85, but I just received an email from customer service stating they will not pay me until 24 March 2027!

They are holding my property and my money for 8 months. This is an completely unlawful breach of contract. I have officially served them a formal Letter Before Action and will be taking them to the Government's Small Claims Court next week if my funds are not cleared immediately. Avoid this company at all costs.

Still waiting for payment since May 26, I have now lodged a claim via the court and also contacted BBC Watchdog. Anyone who has having the same issues please do the same.

Agreed a good price for them to buy my phone on 3.8.26.
Told there was a delay in payment of up to 30 days. Received an email today saying I would received payment in April 2027!!!! Demanded they return my phone…now not replying to emails!
They owe me nearly £300!

How is this allowed/legal?? This is theft of customers phones? (Including mine, sent June , still no payment and now told Feb 2027) customer services do reply and ensure payment will be made - but in months. Contacting, trading standards, small claims, taking legal action.

Do NOT use UR. Received phone 3 months ago, dropped price by £80, still not received money. They won't return phone. Received beginning of June, now beginning of September. Terrible company.

Ordered through amazon with next day royal mail delivery. Phone is in excellent condition, exactly as described.

Agreed price with company then offered half of that price. Payment stays 30 working days. I am still swing payment from May, correspondence is shocking no telephone number to contact anyone. Asked for complaints team told 24-48 (I taken into account working days) we are over 7 days and still no response. Avoid at all costs, not only have they probably sold my product and made money in the mean time making interest on the money they owe me.

The told me my phone was worth £100 then £40 didn’t send my phone back when I asked for it.

Keep on getting emails saying I will be paid in 30 working days. It is well over this and have asked for MY phone back they sent a email saying I will get my payment no later than MAY 2027!

Absolute fraud and illegal.

Do not use! First dropped valuation on phone, then no payment received. They received phone beginning of June, now September and they have stated payment will be May next year! And no they are unable to return it BTW

Theft in disguise! Shocking customer service. I accepted an online quote to sell them my phone, they had the phone for a week and then emailed me to say the battery was defective (inaccurate as I checked the apple battery efficiency before I sent the handset). They offered 50% of the quoted sum. To make matters worse I have been waiting for payment for 6 weeks. I have received several responses to my chasers and they have refused to return my handset. They have now advised payment will be made on the 28/04/27! That’s another 7 months- how is this possible! I will be reporting them to trading standards as this is a clear misappropriation of funds.

I've used UR in the past multiple times with no issue. However I agreed a price for my Apple Watch on the 2nd of July, and have still not received payment. I was told it would be 30 business days at the worst. We are now at 44 business days, and I've NOW BEEN INFORMED IT WILL BE MAY 2027.
That is just short of a YEAR after agreeing the price, and they are also refusing to return the device. Absolutely appalled and will be looking at what legal avenues are open to me in this instance.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I sold a phone back in July, was advised payment would take 14-30 days to be paid and there is a slight back log. I am over the 30 days and now being advised my payment has been scheduled for APRIL 2027 - 8 months away!!! They will not return my phone to me either - SCAMMERS!!!

The worse company when it comes to selling your phone to. They advertise paying the same day but paid me 5 weeks later.

Will never sell to them again.
