DON'T EVEN CONSIDER SENDING YOUR DEVICE if you want your money quickly (or maybe at all) in the time they state you will be paid.

I received confirmation that they had received my phone on 19 May 2026 and they say you should expect payment within 2-4 weeks of them confirming receipt.

I emailed them a 2nd time after not hearing anything further 15 weeks later. To my surprise, they emailed me on 3 September 2026 with a payment date ... 28 June 2027. They are going to pay me more than 1 year after receiving my phone, and they can't return it even if I wanted it back.

No explanation as to why, other than have a "backlog". Who knew that in this age of technology and automation it takes over 1 year to process a payment.

Utterly appalling. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I sent my phone to them in June and received confirmation that my payment was in processing on 9th July, I have still not received any payment despite receiving texts saying it is still processing.

This week I have been told I will be paid in full on 17th May 2027!!!!

They won’t bring my payment forward as they are currently receiving a high volume of orders, and they can’t return my phone as we have agreed payment price!

I would give zero stars if I could - shocking company!!!

Find another company to use, they have advised they are making there way through a backlog for payment on an email reply. I have given them plenty of time to send payment which I fully expect isn't quick but I sent my phone in and accepted the offer on the 28th June. It is now more than 2 months since I accepted the offer for the reply to advise 14-30 days. When contacting them by email they have said the payment day will be 12/04/2027. So another 7 months before getting the payment and they would of had the phone from me for 9 months. I have exchanged further emails where they have said it cannot be brought forward or escalated which I have since replied to ask for the phone back or payment in the next 14 days but I 100% would not recommend this company to recycle your phone. Find another one.

I accepted an offer at the end of may 2026 and I’m still awaiting payment… I’ve now received an emailing saying the payment will be complete in MAY 2027!!

I was given a price online of £154 on a phone that has always had a cover on it and a screen protector. once inspection i was offered £120 because of minor scratches on the case. This was in June 2026. i have waited for a while for payment. I sent an email to ask when i can expect payment and ask if i can have my phone back to be told today 03/09/26 that i cant have my phone back and that my payment is scheduled for 22/06/2027. 1 year from sending my phone in.
This is a SCAM do not use this website.

I bought an iPhone 15 Plus advertised as Excellent Condition, but it arrived with multiple visible scratches, chips and marks that do not match their own condition description. The phone was also poorly packaged and arrived loose, rattling around inside the box.

Customer service has been disappointing. Response times have been slow, and when I asked how they had arrived at their £15 partial refund offer—despite there being a £40 price difference between their Good and Excellent grades—my questions were repeatedly ignored, and I was simply told £15 was the maximum.

Very disappointed with both the condition of the phone and the way the issue has been handled.

Sent my phone as a trade still haven’t received my payment for it and then emailed them for them to say il receive my payment by 14/06/2027 which is an absolute joke when o asked for my phone to be returned to me they said they can’t do that. Wouldn’t recommend trading your phone in to this company who clearly rip people off. Absolutely disgusting. Not only that they don’t have a phone number you can contact as the one they provided tells you to send an email.

Sent it to them in June 2026 , offered me a reasonable price so accepted . Now had an Email saying payment will be made in May 2027 . This is criminal, I have asked them to return my phone but they say they can’t once an offer is accepted.. In other words my phone has already been sold .
I wouldn’t give them 1 star review more like ZERO … 😡

Pushed my payment back to June 27 when agreed offer 24th June 2026!!

I have been chasing this company now for three months for the money for my phone I had an email from from them today stating they will pay me in June next year a full 11 months after receiving my phone I am taking them to small claims court do not use this company they are obviously conmen

I sold my iPhone 14 Plus to UR on 14 May 2026 (reviewed on Trustpilot 3 months ago). I continued to correspond with UR each time, asking for my money. Their replies were"you are in the system", "your payment is being actioned", etc. FIVE MONTHS LATER - NO PAYMENT RECEIVED. I again contacted UR on 01 September 2026, and THEY HAVE NOW BLOCKED MY EMAILS!! NEVER, NEVER trust this Mobile buyer with your precious mobile and selling. Use Trustpilot to research a genuine buyer. This will save you distress and the pain of being "RIPPED OFF"!!

🚨🚨 Avoid at all cost !! Sent an iPhone 14 Pro Max originally offered me stupid prices so kept declining actually wanted my phone back after the 2nd poor offer, however they then offered me the correct original figure. The bigger issue is for months I’ve been chasing payment & keep getting fobbed off, I’ve had an email today to say on 03/09/26 that my payment will be made 25/05/2027, that’s correct 2027 so I’ve started seeking legal advise as this company need stopping 🚨🚨

Do not use this company. They give you a quote, then halve it after you have sent them your phone and refuse to return it. Then, if you accept their reduced offer they do not pay you. Put simply, they are thieves.

DO NOT USE. Just sold my Iphone to them, and after no payment for 3 weeks, I emailed them and they told me the payment would come through in 9 MONTHS?? Even though it says payment within 15-30 days. Definitely feels like a scam so they don’t have to pay you at all. STAY AWAY.

I have had a horrible experience so far with this company. I accepted an offer for my iPhone 13 a month ago. Since then I have been chasing them for payment and they have been responding with a copy paste response of "our terms state payments between 14-30 days". Now as I have reached almost 30 days they are telling me the payment is set for 6th of May 2027. This is totally unacceptable. I am regretting not sending my phone to a more reputable company. Please consider this before you make a decision to sell your devices to this joke of a company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Same as everyone else, sent my iphone to them in June 2026, they lowered my offer after saying the screen was scratched which was an absolute load of s**t as I'd put a screen protector on it the SECOND it came out of it's brand new box from Apple. Then to make matters worse, I've still not received my payment and been told I'll have to wait till January 2027!!! I've issued them with a breech of contract notice and will be taking them to the small claims court to get my money - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY, NOTHING BUT THEIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really fast service, great phone. Looks and feels like new! The 12 month warranty is a big bonus (hopefully won't be needed). Would recommend.
