Awful service and clearly a scam: I started the process to send my mobile phone to be valued and as expected like most of these companies I received a lower revised offer whereby I challenged this and received a revised offer. I accepted this begrudgingly as I did not need the hassle. I was promised payment within 30 days but had to chase as its been two months to be told I will receive payment in May 2027! Yes you read that right nearly a year later!!! I requested return of the phone and now I am being ghosted. I will pursue this legally and encourage all possible customers to avoid at all costs. THEIVES!!!

Terrible company. They have stollen my phone and not payed me. Sent email after email with still no luck. They are saying that they should be able to pay me next year sometime?? Avoid !!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I sent my phone off for valuation. Pristine condition, no scratches and they reduced the initial by £100 following inspection! What is worse is that they have had my device for 3 months and I am still awaiting payment! Nothing has been received! I have emailed and telephoned and every time they say payment is imminent.

I have used this company to sell my used device and would NOT recommend. Advertised as quick payment but I accepted the offer for sale in May and have asked for regular updates on payment. After 4 months I have now been advised my payment is scheduled for July 2027. That is 14 months post acceptance of sale. I have asked for my device to be returned and have been advised that this is not possible and I will receive payment in due course. I would nit recommend this company and I would advise others not to sell a device to them of you expect payment.......

Absolute waste of energy and a terrible customer service. Took 4 months to pay me. After several attempts to request the payment they still didn't pay me on their final guaranteed date, it was after advising them I was seeking legal advice did they pay.

SCAMMERS!!!! Do not sell your device to this company. I am still awaiting payment from a sale agreed on July 9th and its well beyond the 14-30 day payment agreement. Read ALL reviews! Others experiencing the same. I am pressing forward with legal action!

Do not send your phone to this company, they do not pay you. I've been waiting 4 months for payment, I have contacted them many times to be told the payment is being processed.

Scammers! Please do not send your device to these people.

Also going through the small claims process, been waiting MONTHS for payment.

Followed up with emails, constantly told there is a queue despite giving a 30 working day maximum for payment.

Despicable.

I sent them my iphone and had to barter a price , they said up to 30 days to pay but now i’m told june 2027 which is 10 months away for payment,, this is fraud and I doubt i’ll see my phone or payment sadly

Horrific experience - sent my device to them in July and was told it was a 14-30 working day wait for payment. I contacted them after the 30 days to be told that I can expect payment in June 2027! Clearly they are accepting devices with no funds to pay people and selling on to keep themselves afloat. I am seeking advice from Citizens Advice consumer standards and encourage anyone else to do the same as they’re essentially stealing peoples devices. Absolutely outrageous company.

I sent my device. Expectedly, they revised their offer down after properly inspecting my phone. I am expecting £100 payment. They received my phone and confirmed this on 25th June 2026. They have not paid me now on September 3rd. The response from my email was that they have a backlog of payments and that mine is scheduled for 5/6/27 -Over 11 months after they received the phone. That is beyond ridiculous.

Scammers, thieves not sure what else you can say. Agreed a lower price for an iPhone 14 Pro Max start of June. Usual lies like everyone else saying payment delays. Now ignoring my emails

No idea how this company has any stars. They received my phone 04/06/26 and no payment received I contacted them daily and just was told they couldn't tell me a date. Only after submitting to small claims court they then paid me no idea how this company is still running

DON'T EVEN CONSIDER SENDING YOUR DEVICE if you want your money quickly (or maybe at all) in the time they state you will be paid.

I received confirmation that they had received my phone on 19 May 2026 and they say you should expect payment within 2-4 weeks of them confirming receipt.

I emailed them a 2nd time after not hearing anything further 15 weeks later. To my surprise, they emailed me on 3 September 2026 with a payment date ... 28 June 2027. They are going to pay me more than 1 year after receiving my phone, and they can't return it even if I wanted it back.

No explanation as to why, other than have a "backlog". Who knew that in this age of technology and automation it takes over 1 year to process a payment.

Utterly appalling. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I sent my phone to them in June and received confirmation that my payment was in processing on 9th July, I have still not received any payment despite receiving texts saying it is still processing.

This week I have been told I will be paid in full on 17th May 2027!!!!

They won’t bring my payment forward as they are currently receiving a high volume of orders, and they can’t return my phone as we have agreed payment price!

I would give zero stars if I could - shocking company!!!

Find another company to use, they have advised they are making there way through a backlog for payment on an email reply. I have given them plenty of time to send payment which I fully expect isn't quick but I sent my phone in and accepted the offer on the 28th June. It is now more than 2 months since I accepted the offer for the reply to advise 14-30 days. When contacting them by email they have said the payment day will be 12/04/2027. So another 7 months before getting the payment and they would of had the phone from me for 9 months. I have exchanged further emails where they have said it cannot be brought forward or escalated which I have since replied to ask for the phone back or payment in the next 14 days but I 100% would not recommend this company to recycle your phone. Find another one.
