Very dodgy company, I gave up trying to get winnings after days of jumping through hoops. They were asking for pictures of documents and Bank cards, it's just not the process and you are opening yourself up to fraud.

Totally scam nothing else, asking for personal details which they are not allowed and I am sure these are scammer and based in India, so please don’t use and waste your hard earned money, only you will get from this website/app regret. Everyone participate to expose these scammers

I paid £20 deposit. I went over to the transaction page and it was on pending.
However it's taken the money out of my bank but it didn't add the funds on. Afterwards I checked again on the website and the status updates to error.

Edit: the online chat is helpful and i was able to recieve my refund of £20 it can take up to 1 or 2 days

EDIT!: AFTER A BUNCH OF BACK AND FORWARDS AND HAVING TO PROVIDE VARIOUS DOCUMENTS IVE HAD AN EMAIL THIS MORNING TO SAY MY WITHDRAWAL HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. HAD TO DO AN IBAN PAYMENT FUE TO MONZO NOT ACCEPTING CARD PAYMENTS SO WILL RECIEVE MY WINNINGS IN A FEW DAYS. THIS SITE DOES PAY BUT THEY TAKE FAR LONGER THAN OTHER SITES.

Not the best site around. Got to jump through hoops to get started. Won £300 last week and couldn’t withdraw back to my Monzo card as Monzo kept declining it. Had to do an IBAN payment which took a few days but I eventually got the payment. Won £500 early hours Saturday and they don’t process payments over the weekend. I’ve withdrew to my Barclays card so we will see how long it takes to be approved. Also not loving the fact you can cancel your withdrawal

Terrible service and seemed extremely a fake gambling site it is the second time I have not been able to withdraw my money of &500 due to this fake website. Please help me find a genuine solution

Made my 1st deposit of £20.
Was given a deposit bonus of £24. Over £2400 credit after playing on joker jewel slot game. Suddenly the money was deducted and amount was £210 that was left to withdraw.
24 hours after withdrawl I received an email from payment support saying congratulations on your winning unfortunately the withdrawal was declined. I had to upload passport photo and a selfie holding my passport. They then wanted a picture front And back of my card that made the deposit and a screenshot shot of my bank statement showing the transaction taken from my deposit. After lengthy live chats which obviously is a computer programmed to give the same answers. Get no help and now they say have I received verification account I can't make a withdrawal. Almost a week now and still waiting on my money. Happily take deposit payment yet won't pay to that card. Happy to take payment without verification yet I have to give documentation of personal information and Bank statements, photo of the card they don't need all this to payout. Don't give what's obviously a scam Ur details.

I have already left reviews for this rip off company, this one is even better , they owe me £1000. 3 months and still ongoing , the excuses get better each day but the best is yet to come They have now BLOCKED me so I can't even contact them to get my money back , what I want to say about this bunch of thieving scumbags probably wouldn't get sanctioned . So please PLEASE PLEASE read this review and AVOID these rip off SCUMBAGS. Full on scam artists 100% . The only reason I have given 1 star is because you can't give none or I would have given a minus . I put deposit with my card they never asked me anything when I try to take out winning they asked copy of my id my bank details why should I give all this privacy information to them they only going to put the money to same card it’s not trustable don’t play this side

Do not use this website they do not give you withdrawals please report them to gambling commission you won’t see a penny of your winnings they ask for proof and don’t do anything.

I am a customer with unlimluck you can deposit as much as you want without a problem. But if you withdraw your money you will never receive it they asked me for proof I sent them proof of my driving license, address and photo and now they cancel my withdrawal 5 times . and every time you make deposit, they charge you 4 pounds They all clear in my statement you can see. You’re not allowed to make withdralwals more than 500 pounds if you receive it and also one important thing the sole machine they have no bonus they give customer zero chance they just take your money absolutely rubbish I have a proof for everything they have done to me.. they deserve to close down forever

This company is a scam do not use everything seems fine at first but after your deposit things go wrong there welcome bonus dont work then if you do win and want to withdraw thats where the scam really kicks in if you did bank transfer for deposit to withdraw they will ask for iban and bac ect rather then account number and sort code which is weird then they will say your bank declined it claim they need you to send stupid amount of I.d verification in to process withdraw which is against gambling commission rules then they will claim you need to bet 3× your deposit amount to withdraw again against rules there Live chat is either ai or fake people wont resolve anything been well over a week still not getting my money is will be reporting them to the gambling commission

Mixed bag. First of all, this casino does pay out to UK customers. Like many however this only works with certain banks/accounts. On the plus side, got my first payout in reasonable timeframe (few days). On the downside, it is 3x wagering on any withdrawal (only found this out after an email from them declining my first withdrawal), limit of £500 withdrawal per day, and despite withdrawing £500 I actually got £490.

No response from them with trying to withdraw money but quick and easy to take my money

I have lost count of the deposits, but when it comes to withdrawing my win, absolutely no chance. They came up with all the excuses imaginable to divert my request. The best way to win is never to succumb to this sort of online casino game. Stay away from trouble and save the money for a sunny holiday you deserve.

I deposited via survey site for it’s cash back rewards and ended up winning £300, looked on here after withdrawal showed as pending and was nervous reading reviews, however the following day I got my email asking to verify myself with documents then 2 days later received cash in to my account, overall pretty happy with it
