Although it lasted a month and I lost hope... yesterday I received my winnings in my account. I don't know what caused the delay, but I advise you to run your website more efficiently because you will lose customers.

Do not play this site, I wish I read the reviews before I did, I deposit a total of £70 but won £225. This where the problems start as the CON ARTISTS I’ve provided full details of what they asked for but still haven’t paid out. The live chat is just useless robots delaying you and not answering the questions you ask. I’m still waiting them to confirm basic documents they’ve asked for. I’m NOT GIVING UP.

Even though its partly everyone's fault here reviewing for not reading the TOS...I also fell victim to simply agreeing to everything and depositing on the site.

Essentially, you cannot withdraw funds if you're from any country other than bangaledesh. It says so in their terms of service.

Their customer service is just some poor AI model or worse humans who just copy and pasting from script.

I think unless you're from Bangladesh, avoid at all costs, you won't receive your withdrawal. Mines been "successful" as a withdrawal for weeks now and still received nothing.

They are a bunch off scams . I cannot withdraw my money and they verify my proof of id and address for 19.days and they always come with wired escusess ....BIG SCAM BIG SCAM BIG SCAM...STAY AWAY !!!

Now I totally get reviews filled with angst are often written by customers who have invariably lost money. Well I signed up for this company and everything was going great and I had some nice wins. I went to withdraw and was only permitted to withdraw £500 as this was the daily limit. So I did that and waited the next day to withdraw a further £500. The customer services agent on the chat line said that I had to do a daily withdrawal as £500 was the max. She also confirmed that my first withdrawal has been processed and would be in my account within a couple of days. So my only gripe was the withdrawal limit and the time it takes to reach my bank. The next day I went to withdraw)£500 and it would not allow me stating that I had reached my withdrawal limit. So I went onto the Customer Services chat again and this time I was informed that I had been misled the previous day and that my withdrawal had not been processed and was pending.as I had not completed any verification. I advised her that I had not been requested to do anything. She then told me I would be unable to make withdrawals and that yesterday I could not have made a withdrawal. I told her to look at my account and she could be able to see that I clearly made a withdrawal. The Customer Services person then began to tie herself in knots totally contradicting herself. I got more and more agitated as she was unable to answer the question as to why I had not received any communication requesting verification and secondly why was I unable to withdraw? And also why was I given icompletelyy wrong information the day before. I strongly urge and advise anyone considering signing up to give this company a complete swerve. All the reviews seem to be negative and I could totally understand why. The Customer Services team are not knowledgeable so are no use at all. I was even asked if I had put on a withdrawal limit. I asked her why would any customer want to limit the amount they can withdraw? Too many red flags all over the place. I implore you not to use this site. absolutely hopeless. I guarantee you will lose your money

Firstly I will say I don't discount the other reviews, I'm sure they are genuine issues but I can only speak about my experience. I have no problem calling out other scam casinos.

I joined up for Unlimluck via FreeCash so I'd get £28 just for depositing and playing £20 so I was in profit already.

I won up to £50 and had already wagered £20 as per the rules on FreeCash so I withdrew the money. I received the withdrawal 2 days later and I didn't need any ID for some reason. One reason could be that the owners of this site have many casino sites which I have signed up for before (most of them have the same layout so it's obvious). Maybe they had me verified from before.

scam! lets you deposit money with any account then asks you for all kinds of selfie passport ,proff adress ,statements verifications! it doesn't work to withdraw with the card you deposited! reply after 3-4 days with other reasons to send! the worst possible site I don't recommend

Dont seem to be getting anywhere in having the money ive won has anyone managed to get a withdrawal? 5 days and keep being told ive got to send more verification! Shocking and absolutely disgusting spoke to the online chat keep being told the same thing and that they will escalate it ive emailed and emailed and im being ignored

I won £330 with Unlimluck.Com and was asked to provide verification of Passport, Selfie with Passport, Bank Statement and my Debit Card. I sent all that was requested of me and even spoke with twice so far customer services.

I was assured that payment and verification documents was escalated and I would recieve an email?

It never arrived? I then mailed the payments team to ask for confirmation of reciept there was no reply?

It is like I am being ignored????

It has been 72hrs and no payment returned to me via Debit Card???? I will give them a few more days grace to send my winnings and provide updates!

My next port of call will be Gambling Commision!

So I stupidly spent money depositing on this site I've just tried to withdraw and it's taking an awful long time I've contacted my bank to try get money back but don't stand a chance until the pending transaction has come out of my bank I hope and pray people are this before they go on this site and spend there money

I am so disappointed.. I won 400 pounds and they are giving me all kinds of crap to not pay me... How do they get away with doing this?? They are literally stealing money from people and getting away with it..

Finally managed to verify my email address and waiting for my withdrawal to go into my bank. I know for a fact they will ask me for further identification and keep asking for things until you give up. DONT GIVE UP. Screenshot your messages and balances off them and you will get it eventually. Dont give up
