Withdrawal hassle
I won 200 pound and have been trying to withdraw for a week. They asked for documents (which I stupidly sent - thankfully my card doesn't show card details on it physically) I asked for an update on live chat and It has been read and ignored for 50 minutes. They do not want you to withdraw money and will do anything to stop it happening even when for some people it means a lot (I had put 10 on in the hope of winning to get me through this month and now I can't withdraw)

Avoid at all cost, waited nearly 3 weeks for a £200 withdrawal, they didn't pay out so I ended up cancelling and spending it on slots so it wasn't left in my account, needless to say my balance ended up back at zero and now I have closed my account

I played with £40 won £1000 on spins when I withdraw it 2 days later looked on the account and they canceled it only put 500 on my account balance the other £500 is missing, when spoke to them they want documents to prove who I am I upload I'd and proof of adress 2 weeks ago nothing back no updates nothing they take your money once you win they won't pay out its a scam

Please don’t use this site. I have been lied to and fed disinformation. I won £2000 so far it has taken nearly two month to get half of it. There GUILDLINES state there is a 24hr £500 withdrawal limit. So I requested £500 every two days which unlimluck have told me I done correctly. So I had 4 pending withdrawal transactions. After 6 days they paid the first £500 then cancelled the other 3 so I have to start whole process again. Unlimluck told me it shouldn’t have happened and offered free spins a compensation. Again I requested after 6 days get a payment then other transactions cancelled. They keep apologising and tell me put requests in again and promised me that everything would be ok and I would receive my outstanding requests with in a week. TOTAL LIES. I’m still waiting for there payment and security technical teams to contact me which I was promised they would over a month ago.

Opened account and verified by email. Did not upload docs or make a deposit. Decided to close as it was in Comoros may be risky. They finally sent an email but stating I could restrict limits etc and ask them how to proceed. I explained again I just wanted to close the account. I am still chasing closure - am just concerned as their Ts &Cs state dormant accounts for 12 months will incur a 10 EUR monthly fee. Can they do this as I have not uploaded any docs/deposited funds. The only way you will get your money is by threatening them to say you are going to complain to (LOK) Curaçao Gaming Authority. These are the people that have issued them the licence and govern the betting. GOOD LUCK

Do not use. I saw that Aspers Casino open online gaming. I joined and logged and placed money to realise it has nothing to do with Aspers casino.

I downloaded the app as well it says aspers casino now i cant find the app anymore in playstore.

I placed 20 pounds when i got to 52 i tried to withdraw the 52 pounds instead they added 52 to the their balance. I tried to take my money back. They did not let me.
Now my 104 pounds not in my balance and their account balance is showing 0 pounds. Totally scam !

These people are scammers and will make you go in circles with any hope you can withdraw even though you can’t, if you have deposited any sort of money into this site you have been scammed instantly, i deposited £800 and won on roulette twice making my total sum to £4300 I tried to withdraw then I saw how you can only do £500 withdrawals every 3 days and at that point I knew I got scammed.

Also check the links to other sites you want to play on I searched for a real casino clicked the top link and it redirected me to this one and it looked so legit I didn’t even realise I got redirected.

If you call them out on chat support they will send the same ai generated message over and over and then they will say they can’t talk to you anymore, literally everything is written by ai and the support people use fake names and ai faces to make it look legit? Once you look into this you realise how fake it is, don’t be fooled go to a real website.

Another rip off site, repetitive question and requests to resend documents that I had already sent over 3 times, complete scam of a site stay clear.

This company is a scam. They look legit but are far from it. They lure you in with an advert for a game called Chicken Road. When you download the game and deposit you immediately get a bonus amount in my case it was £24 as I only deposited £20. Obviously you immediately start winning so gut instinct is to withdraw the stake and keep playing with the amassed funds accumulated however you cannot withdraw without first using your bonus cash, you can however delete the offer bonus and then withdraw or so I thought, they say that you need to verify your account and ask for proof of address and photos of you holding card and front and back photos too. Totally not legit. If I could give 0 stars I would.

So far I have same problem like the rest I have won 613 £ when I have been ask for verification they ask for bank statement no old than 3 months they accept all documents just not the bank statement suddenly they ask me again for bank statement but this time in the statement have to show latest deposit but when you make deposit you do it through different providers and non of them said the name of the casino I still fight with them will see the outcome
