It's time for GB gamblers to stop joining casino sites that don't have a UK licence.
It only took me a minute or so looking through the terms and conditions of this site for me to realise it wasn't suitable for GB gamblers.
It states in 3.5 of its terms that people in the UK are not allowed to play real money games.
It also states in 15.2 of its terms that it has the right to request documents when you request a withdrawal.
It also has a licence from the state of Anjouan.
Stick to sites with a UK gambling licence. At least you can make a withdrawal and if the UK site requests documents after you have requested a withdrawal, they have to pay out that withdrawal before putting any block on your account. If they break the rules you would have a good chance of getting your money through official bodies controlling UK gambling establishments.
You also have more chance to use regulatory bodies to continue any complaint.
If you ever have a dispute with a casino that has a Anjouan licence or a Curacao licence then you live in a fantasy world if you think you can take them to court and win.

Absolute scam! Happy to take a deposit from bank card but then want three forms of ID to withdraw to same card! Wager requirements are a joke and when you ask for account to be deactivated/closed they want a reason! Even after emailing to close account they continue to text, email and harass you! Would not recommend to anyone! Complete scam!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM £20 deposit paid won nearly £167 pounds got a load of things to do before I could withdraw winnings did as asked nothing came back started to speak to live chat which fed me a load of shit went back onto games and boom all of a sudden I was back to £10.50 spoke to live chat once again and told I had activated a new bonus and forfeited my last bonus SCAM

Impossible to withdraw any winnings so I went onto the chat asking to close my account. Was told to send an email but this has been completely ignored.

Registered through google thinking it was just a basic game. I was wrong and then found it was a gambling casino site. So I contacted them and said I wanted the account deleted. They have just ignored every request and im being hounded by constant text messages saying about free things etc etc sp I keep reporting them to scam report 7726 and forwarding all their messages.

After six attempts of trying to get my withdrawal and they keep cancelling it. Then they kept asking for documentation that I’ve already supplied five times that I’m not willing to supply any further. They’re now telling me that I just have to wait. It has been six days I’m not waiting any longer. I think their Customer Services reprehensible I think the casino is a rip-off and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. I hope people read this review before they go to this awful casino.

Seems to me that these scammers could be stealing people's identity. They let you win when you join so that you uploaded proof of your identity and then they don't pay out. All they want is your personal details so they can steal your identity. Be careful people.

This company are complete Scam artists. I have won £500 and have been waiting for the “verification” process for two weeks. Their chat is worse than useless, I have my doubts whether you are speaking to a person or not. U can't withdraw another until the first one is processed that's if they even process it. Made a withdrawal £500 was pending for almost 2days at this time I was getting really stressed out, then I reached out for live chat was told the team will look into it at this point I knew something dodggy is going on. Went on trust pilot saw few reviews about withdrawal then I realised I have been scammed. My withdrawal was still pending £500 and had another £2300 in my unlimluck account at this point I recall back the pending back in my account and end up spending the whole money 😭 this my worst nightmare never experienced such thing with UK betting site.
