Scam company, refuse to pay out winnings despite all verification ID being sent and numerous Emails sent. They have now blocked me on the grounds my DOB on registration differs from that on my official documents. Resolver state they are not a registered company so I have no recourse through them. ... Deposited £20 and won £227… 4 attempts at a withdrawal which is quickly cancelled after they send an email asking for verification, which I have done and still not received winnings. The live chat is absolutely useless you just have to repay yourself till they close the chat. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY WITH THEM

getting so many texts from casino and gambling companies since signing up. They won't delete my account or remove my phone number, live chat only say to email. I have emailed 5 times with no reply and account still active. There's no way to block their text messages either

Scam of a site deposit £20 didn’t receive bonus i played and won £50 and try to withdraw it it was there for days pending until reach out they said they send email to verify id documents which I check and didn’t get I went back and ask to get the id documents sent back and if not ama get my bank involved in this matter they sent the email but when i go back on the game account the £50 was cancelled back on the app I think you don’t communicate with real person maybe bot avoid this platform they are scammers

Read other comments about being paid out, well they did with me until they asked for verification and decided to make it extremely difficult im certain documents to provide and won't pay out, to top it off it takes 3 days for them to reply so I wouldn't use this casino anymore, they seem a scam so be aware.

Incredibly frustrating - I got a great win and they keep cancelling my withdrawal.
Safe to say I think I’ll never see that money.

I’ve been chatting to ChatGPT about it and they’re doing all the typical scammer things.
I’ve raised with my bank and action fraud, reached out to their licensing company and also some of the games companies that are on the website.

It’s horrendous that companies can get away with this!

Deposited £20 to win 500 been over a week and still not received, they keeping rejecting it and putting the money back into the game. They keep emailing for verification which I’ve sent multiple times but they keep coming back saying it’s wrong. I wouldn’t even try it. Absolutely annoyed me it has. Online chat people are awful they don’t help I think they are AI people as they all say the same thing every time.
