Please please don’t use this company . I was misled into thinking I was playing with Gentings casino online however once I deposited and won a bit withdrawal was the impossible situation. So the only way to get my money out was to gamble another account of money out my winnings which I done and I won again and guess what more lies and lies still trying to get my money . Been on the instant chat what a waste time . I’m waiting now for them to ask my to provide my driving license bank statements, bank statements, utilities bills which I would never do as this would be used to create more fraud in my name taking out loans and financial agreements. So 2 weeks down the line I’ve cancelled my bank card I used to deposit and will give up on the £350 I won which will stay in there scam account forever. I am in same boat as many others unable to get my winnings.
Foolishly ive sent in all the ID they asked for and since 11th December im still waiting.

I've reported this site to Netflix legal department as it was posting as a Netflix casino on Facebook. Also reported as a scamming site to Facebook. This site is totally scamming people out of their money.I'm on a mission to bring it down.Just to add I've informed Playstore that it has been used fraudulently as a portal to download the app under the guise of being a Netflix casino. Trying to get a withdrawal is a joke. They want bank statements, ID etc. Far more than usual… and then the next time you want to withdraw you have to do it all again! Shame as it’s a great site apart from that…

It's a scam. I've been withdrawing my money for more than two months. They ask you for endless documents to verify your account and even if you send them over and over again, even repeated, they cancel your withdrawals. Last week they canceled it due to a failure in the system according to them and then I requested a withdrawal again, now they cancel it because I have to send a document that I have already sent many times. J’ai effectué plusieurs dépôts sur Unlimluck pour un total de 50 € de fonds réels, générant un solde de 58 € incluant 8 € de gains.
Lors de ma demande de retrait :
Un bonus de 30 € était sur mon compte, que je n’ai jamais utilisé et que j’ai explicitement renoncé pour pouvoir retirer mes fonds.
J’ai demandé via le chat du site les modalités exactes de retrait. Aucune restriction, notamment la règle de mise x3, ne m’a été communiquée.

Mes relances restent sans réponse ou avec des délais d’analyse illimités, sans base contractuelle claire.
