Scam off a company take ure money no problems when deposit but when you try and withdrawel they wait till the third day to ask for documents then cancel the withdrawel then you have to wait another 3 days but guess what they need documents again scam scam scam

I used this casino and after several hundred deposited won a bit back. Took weeks to get paid, I was then struggling with my gambling so reached out. They gave me an email address to contact to request blocking. I send email and they replied asking for reason (which I had already given) after numerous emails contact via chat and contact with member of staff via what’s app I got sent a closure form 2 weeks after my request and several hundred pounds additionally being spent. It then took a further week to close the account. I have been told they are investigating the delay and its effects on me but this has now been under investigation 2 weeks with no resolution. Total disregard for customer safety, praying on the vulnerable shocking response and still not resolved.

Not worth your time or money. I put in £20 and turned it into £300, all seemed good until trying to withdraw. They want so much info. Pictures of your photo id, pictures of you, pictures of your bank card and statements, pictures of a utility bill. They didn't want all that when it come to taking my money. I'll take the £20 loss rather than give them so much info

Honestly everyone is correct with their experiences. It takes ages to get your money and you have to provide a lot of information over emails etc and wager a lot compared to deposit and on particular games like slots when I like to play blackjack. It doesn’t feel right, but if you persevere and provide all of the information they ask for and complete all wagering requirements, you do eventually get your money. The thing with this casino is that the games are good and the bonus rounds trigger often. The only problem is that you will never be able to withdraw your winnings.

When I first signed up and played I managed to make my first withdrawal successfully. I was paid within 5 mins. It was only £50. But this gave me the confidence to continue playing. After that I was never able to withdraw £70, £470, £500, £500, and £500. Over the course of 3 weeks going round in circles with live chat and email and sending my ID documents multiple times my withdrawal request was repeatedly cancelled on thier side and they keep re-requesting ID documents again. I gave up and went to my bank and successfully requested chargebacks for every deposit I ever made on that casino. They blocked my account when I did this but at least I got the majority of money back.
