When you deposit your money it's good no matter how much money you deposit they quickly take your without asking for any forms identification right..but as soon as you win you can't get your money they are a bunch of thieves I would advise no one should go on that site don't trust these people because there is no phone number to speak to anyone about your money

Worst online casino ever. To verify your account they require photo of id front and back plus photo of you holding your id plus recent utility bill plus bank proof you sent them the money. Should be standard but it’s anything but. You send everything, wait 3 days, they say not accepted, you ask pdf or jpeg, wait three days for response, sometimes longer they don’t answer, you send message saying what format wait 3 days and they send you message they already sent you. This goes on and on and so far I’ve received nothing back from my win. They want you to gamble the winnings or get mad so they can shut down your account! They are greasy slime ball con artists. Spread the word.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my money. Live chat is horrible. Please make sure not to spend your money at this casino. There are better platforms out there.

Foolishly I sent the requested Id, but unsurprisingly was not paid. They have cancelled my withdrawal three times and sent me the same letter requesting the same Id again.
When I speak to the helpline they are quite abrupt and tell you to wait , your money is safe and you will get an email if there is a problem.
They aren’t going to pay so AVOID and don’t be an old fool like he.
