Understairs by Giobella Bewertungen

From start to finish this company has been absolutely brilliant. From the survey and organisation by nick through to the flawless installation by paul. As soon as paul came he covered the floor and cracked on and the finished product is second to none, very professional throughout would definitely recommend to anybody. Thanks again for a cracking job

A quick response and survey from Tony, followed by an excellent installation by Adam ensure that Understairs by Giobella deserve a 5 star review.

From the initial contact with Tony who also came and did the survey to Adam who did the installation, this was all done very professionally from start to finish.
A special mention to Adam who has done a fantastic job of the installation, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

What a good experience from start to finish. Tony dropped in at ours on a Saturday morning to Survey and helped us choose the colour by bringing loads of samples. We nipped into the showroom to finalise our choices and place the order. We were given a fit date and a few days later was offered a closer date which suited us down to the ground. Paul came this morning and from minute one until 6:45pm, he didn't stop. His attention to detail is second to none and to say we are over the moon with the results would be an understatement. If you are thinking about getting this done yourselves, please don't look past Giobella. Thanks Tony, Paul and the team. You've made a massive difference to our home.

After having multiple follow-up(more than 10 calls/sms) after the agreement on total price, I did not get any response and I am taking it as you are not interested to work on my requirements. Not sure whether Leeds center is huge distance or anything else. kindly refund my advance. its a shame that I have wasted a lot of time for this work with you. I am very disappointed by seeing this kind of un-professionalism.

We had our understairs storage fitted this week by Paul. We are delighted with the result and the quality of the work. The overall experience from Tony coming out to survey our space, to the fitting, has been great. We would highly recommend Understairs by Giobella.

From initial contact with Nick, to the survey and installation the whole experience was hassle free and easy. Very competitively priced and reliable. Paul, the fitter was meticulous and very professional and did a fabulous job of the installation. Would highly recommend their services.

Great product and professional fitting service.

First class job installed by Adam.
This has made a real difference in my hallway.
Would highly recommend them.

We have had our understairs fitted today by Paul. They look fantastic. The service from both Tony who came to survey and Paul was second to none. Tony kept us informed of fitting my day, and when this had to move due to weather, Tony kept us well informed. We would definitely recommend this company.

Extremely impressed with the service provided by Giobella throughout. Great customer service and flexibility, especially as the installation date had to be postponed for a few months due to ongoing work at our house.
Our storage was carried out by Adam who was professional, thorough and took great care in all he did on the installation. He took pride in his work and explaining everything to us, including a thorough explanation on usage at the end. Adam is a great ambassador for Giobella.
Would definitely recommend Tony and the team to anyone looking for high quality storage and customer service to match.

Great experience from start to finish Tony came to do the survey on time and listened to our requests.
Paul came to fit the furniture a real perfectionist true craftsman unit looks stunning. He treated the area with upmost care he left it spotless. Highly recommended Understairs by Giobella😀😀😀😀😀

Absolutely thrilled with my new storage. Fantastic service from start to finish and I can't rate them high enough. Professional service and top notch fitting. I doubt you'd get a better service or price than Giobella. Tony and Adam, thank you both so much.

From initial contact with Tony to completion of work by Adam have been impressed with professionalism of both and attention to detail....Adam completed majority of work in one day working late to do so and had to return today to finish a couple of pieces and Adam cleaned up when he was done.....Amazing finish and very pleased with work.

Just had my understairs fitted, Adam the fitter was excellent very diligent and clean.
We really love the finish thank you

We found Understairs by Giobella by chance on Facebook. We had just reserved a plot on a new build site and had a small void under the stairs that was pretty much unusable. We approached Understairs by Giobella and explained what we wanted to achieve. Tony sat down with us and came up with a plan including having someone visit the building site to take measurements. Every step of the way we were kept informed and the whole team has been very friendly and easy to talk to.

Today, Adam came out to fit the understairs storage and he has done a fantastic job. As expected, he was very friendly and engaging and the job that he has done looks fantastic, he has certainly got an eye for detail.

Overall we have been very impressed and would certainly recommend them to others.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We had an initial call with Tony to discuss various options, followed by a survey at the house with Nick. We also found there was no pushy upselling from Tony or Nick which we found very pleasing. Adam then carried out the job over one day, working late to complete the job. His work was very tidy and he clearly took his time to ensure the job was finished to a high standard. We will certainly be recommending Giobella to anybody who is looking for understairs storage solutions.

We are really pleased with our fabulous under stairs storage fitted by Adam. The ordering process was easy with Tony and the final quote very reasonable for the amount of storage and quality of the product. Adam is a craftsman and professional. He laid a matting down to protect our flooring, tidied up on completion and gave us a full walk through of the furniture and how to look after it. The finish is superb and just what we wanted. Highly recommended!

A great experience with Giobella, with Tony sorting out the order with short notice to the skill of the fit and finish from Adam completing a fantastic installation.

Really great service by Tony (from Understairs by Giobella) and the fitter Adam. Both lovely guys who offered a great service. Great price for a quality product which finishes our kitchen perfectly! Thanks to both. Would recommend.
